First time at bojangles passing thru Tennessee, all I can say is we need one of these in New York. Food was outstanding, steak and chicken were crispy but moist and flavorful. Sides were also satisfactory. Service was great, fast and employees were very pleasant.
This is the worst experience at a fast-food place I have had in years. I don't know if the staff is incompetent or untrained. They used to be better. I can't imagine going back.
Sausage biscuit and a Cajun chicken biscuit with Bo rounds. Please move north and come to Indiana!! Please???
Bojangles. What else do I have to describe it.Good fried chicken. Especially I prefer Bojangles to any other fast-food chicken place.The old lady staff was very friendly.:)
The chicken sandwich is so small for a 10 dollar meal I wouldn't recommend that at all its a lil bit bigger chicken tender on a fancy bun not very fillin or tasty.
Short handed should not do dilivery with drive through only.Let online and diliveryin lobby like other short handed do. Food very cold after 1 hr wait.
Understaffed and still good service
Props on cleanliness and good natured staff. Fried chicken salad was prolly not best choice formy first experience with Bojangle's chicken....regret not sticking to their reason for fame, chicken sandwich. I take responsibility for that poor choice.
I've generally had pretty good experiences at this Bojangles, but I'm giving them a three for two recurring reasons.. they consistently do not order enough product, and they consistently put signs up for products they are not yet serving.Both of those reflect poor management, and both of those contribute to a poor customer experience. In Knoxville if you want to survive you have to do better.
People said come here for the breakfast, and and were right. I haven't tried much from here, but what we did get was delicious!
