Unhealthy crap! Terrible. You will need to cardiologist after a Meal there.

There sides are good, biscuits awesome but the crackheads in this area will rob ya be very mindful if walking in. My 1st and only visit thus far was a very odd one, the lady behind the register was staring over my shoulder and asked you okay. She replied I'm watching your back, I thought there getting robbed. I mouthed I'm armed patted my pocket where the folks behind me couldn't see and asked if she wanted me to dine in cuz there was only 2 lady's there, she replied no & I do not know if it got robbed or not but went on my way. I should have stayed I've regretted ever since and if that lady reads this ma'am I'm sorry and should have stayed and not listed I hope you wasn't robbed.

Why are the doors locked at this location? If the drive thru is open unlock the door so your customers can use the restroom. I intended on eating breakfast but needed to use restroom instead I went across the street. Unlock the doors or make it clearly known no inside service.

Worst Bojangles I’ve been to. Usually they are very slow, so slow they have the nickname “slow-bo’s”. But the food has always been good, so time allowing, we continued to go there as we are past this one several times a week.. BUT - today we stopped for lunch. We ordered a 4 pc tender meal with fries and biscuit, and a 3 piece chicken dinner with fries and slaw. No slaw, they were out at 11:00am, the start of lunch hour. So instead ordered fries and mac and cheese. We were driving so we got our food and left. When we opened our food, here’s what we got…the tender meal had 1 very small tender and 3 chunks about the size of McNuggets, rubbery cold fries, and no biscuit. Wow, all that for almost $10. Then the chicken dinner had the correct chicken, but had rice instead of fries and mac and cheese. Neither was correct and after spending almost $20 for what amounted to a snack, we’ll never go back to this Bo’s. There are 2 others that are excellent, we’ll pass on this one from now on.

Stopped for a quick bite before heading to Nashville. Just left there and ordered 3 country ham and egg biscuits.... NO EGG ON ANY BISCUIT but was charged. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Great location. Good food, but excellent service. Haley was the person checking me out through drive through and her joy and positivity made going here a pleasure. I left with a smile even before I ate my food. Thank you for starting my day off right Haley!

So usually, I go to this Bojangles because they still have the same good tasting food unlike some locations. I swear Bojangles has gone downhill so much lately. No side items available anymore, which i realize is not their fault. Just becomes very frustrating when it’s all the time. On top of that, the biscuits are too small, chicken is too small, and the biscuits don’t even taste hand made anymore! Most likely frozen and reheated now. Avoid Bojangles these days, it’s not worth it anymore unfortunately…:/

I have been to this restaurant many times because it is local to my new house. Every time I go there I leave without food. Most of the time it's due to the wait in the drive-thru being at a stand-Still. This location doesn't allow dine-in.This particular time I Order via the app hoping that would help....after waiting in the drive-thru line for 40min when I arrive at the window I was told they just gave the last of the chicken to the car in front of me. Leaving me 2 options.Option 1 pull forward and wait up to 20 min. Or Option 2 wait for the manager to return and get a refund. (I paid thru the app) I choose option 2 and was fortunate the manager returned moments later and I received my refund.I understand there is a staffing problem. But it seems to only affect this location much worse than the others.Customers waiting in a drive-thru for 30+min is ridiculous let alone leaving empty-handed after that fact. I understand businesses have their problems. But their problems are not their customer's problems.If you don't take care of your customers someone else will.

Long drive through line.... Only 3 people working. They were making it work one order at a time. Cook. Manager taking oder, Another filling drinks & bags! Great job BO TEAM!!
