We experienced Bit Burger for the first time. The food was hot, fresh, and really tasty. The decor was super fun and the music was totally awesome! Totally rad!
Good vibes there and the staff are nice. The burger was tasty but the fried pickles were like a bad prank because they use SWEET pickle slices ewww. They also seem overpriced compared to most other places I can get a burger.
Bit Burger and their sister store Token are 2 of my favorite local Knoxville hangouts. Food: phenomenal. Shakes: Great. Atmosphere: Fun.Definitely a place for anyone to get a good meal, play arcade games, and have a good time.
3.5☆. Let me explain. The burgers are good, but the service is ok. It's a really fun atmosphere with good music and lots a nerdy stuff to look at. Oh and free retro acade games. I would go again.Why 3.5, one of the servers cleaned a table next to us and just wiped the crumbs and pieces of food onto the floor. Then never swept it up. Two mangers saw it because it was right in front of the employee office and they stepped over it. So big ding there.The food. The patties and buns are the small size you get at the store. BUT that means the 4oz patties are pretty thick. I got the double and could hardly bite it. So they look small but are filling.Flavor. They are good. I did a build my own, my wife had a Philly chicken (no bun), and my brother had one with white BBQ. We all three loved our food.So if I had not seen the food on the floor oh and open straws in a cup.. um no. I would have given them a 4 or 5☆.Pros: Fun, unique atmosphere, next to a cinema, good food.Cons: cramped seating, staff shows no care about keeping the restaurant clean, price isn't family friendly. Two meals will cost you $30
Great place for a delicious burger and shake! My husband had the 1lb burger, which was humongous, and I had the Morning After burger. Waffle fries were very tasty too! There was a hiccup with our order, but the manager fixed it. Great customer service. Don't leave without getting a shake!
This place really knows flavors! Really loved the burger and sweet potato fries. Everyone's shakes looked incredible, definitely will be getting one soon. Creative atmosphere and welcoming space.
Probably one of the best burger spots in Knoxville. It's small but super fun with a comic book, gamery aesthetic. Able to play the arcade games while waiting for food. The cheese curds are amazing. The 16-Bit Burger is a behemoth and was quite delicious.
What do you do when you hear the voice inside you of the child that never grew up? You go to Bit Burger so that child can come out and play. Here, it's about creating an atmosphere and transporting you back to your childhood. With the walls lined with movie posters and album covers and arcade games scattered throughout, it's a playground just waiting for you relive past memories and maybe make new ones. Oh yeah, there's food here too. A chocolate milkshake with a cheeseburger and sweet potato waffle fries is a solid choice, whether you're a kid or an adult.
