This will ALWAYS be a place I go back to every time I'm in Tennessee. This was the 1st place we had gone to that no judgement was cast upon me. Not to mention EVERYTHING we got was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The amount of cream cheese they put on was on my level and had me in heaven! Thank you very much for our experience and the lovely employee that was in the drive thru!
When they say "Best Bagels" they mean it. As a Jersey boy, you just can't beat those bagels up north but these are right there with them!Get yourself a plain or poppy bagel with cream cheese and ask them to add bacon to it. You'll fall in love.
This was my first time to try this company. I pulled up to the monitor and sat there for about 5 min. There were 2 cars in front of me. No one ever said a word, and from the looks of the drive thru monitor I wasn’t sure it was working. So as the cars pulled out I pulled up to the window and the lady said, “do you have a call in order?” I said no and she said, “well you didn’t order at the monitor”. I said I waited but no one ever said anything. She said, “can’t you see all these cars in front of you”. Again there were 2 cars in front of me. So I said that’s fine and pulled off without ordering. Needless to say I will never go back. I’m sure the food is good but the service was terrible.
Went to give this place a try because of all the "ny'ers" that claim they were great bagels! Born and raised in ny. Lived there my whole life and these are not even close to the left over bagels that ny has at the end of the day that have been sitting out all day, and the lady that took our order was super short and rude. NY'ERS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR BELIEVE THE LIES
Been here once... well Ive eatten here once. Tried coming here 3 times, but they sell out quick. It was very good the one time I made it there before they sold out! Go early!
It used to be our favorite bagel place, I’ve been several times lately between 9:00 - 9:30 and they’re out of the bagels we wanted. I ordered a few of those times and just accepted whatever they had. But I’ve decided I don’t really want to do that anymore. The last time was this morning at 09:30 and the intro I got when I drove up to order was the long list of everything they’re out of. So instead of coming away once again with something I didn’t really want I just went to a different bagel place down the road. I’m not going to waste any more of my time coming here.
Love this place! I visit a few times a week & I’m never disappointed. Not only are the bagels awesome, but the staff is friendly and always willing to accommodate my odd requests (because I’m allergic to eggs). They genuinely care and you can tell they love what they do!
Food is so good! Service is friendly and fast. The drive through makes it so convenient for a quick breakfast before work
please allow the cheese to Melt on our breakfast sandwich...today, our sandwiches had cold cheese and warm eggs on our 9am breakfast sandwich....never had that happen before!
This is a great place. Normally I go on vacation to Florida and bring home Bagels. Of course New York is an option almost just as far. I decided to try Knoxville considering I live in Dandridge. The bagels we're good. I can't get the taste that I'm looking for however, this is the closest that I have found since I moved to the state 8 years ago. Thank you best Bagels and Deli for being there. We try the garlic, salt and everything Bagels, nice crunchy outside.
