Our first visit to Baskin Robbins ever. Waffle cone with the Praline N Cream was great, milkshakes are nothing to brag about, service was not good at all. Being several hours from home and having never experienced Baskin Robbins before, we didnt know what to get or what we might like, the lady behind the counter was just rude when trying to ask any questions about their products.
The lady was very rude. The name on the receipt was Kim. It felt as if we were non paying customers and she was doing us a favor by serving us. Short staff or not this not the way to talk to another person let alone your paying customers. Even my 7 year old said I like the ice cream but let’s not come back here. Get your attitude right
I've been to this location twice in the past six months. Both times the ice cream was frost bitten. A bland sticky disappointment.
I visit this Baskin Robbins about once a month. They are the only place I find my Jamoca Fudge Ice Cream. I sit outside where they have a few tables and a water fountain nearby. It's very clean and the employees have always been friendly. I will be glad when they are able to get the sugar cones back, but there's shortages on stuff everywhere. They also make birthday cakes so go and enjoy a treat.
The older women who works there, maybe the owner, is very stingy with toppings, I'm always disappointed when I see she is the one working there.
Fine service for me. At times like these no one wants to work so I’m understanding of the staffing issue. And it appears to me that most of the customers that come here don’t understand what a closing time is or what its like to close down a business like that. Yes, walking in RIGHT BEFORE close is rude and inconsiderate idc what anyone says. If it closes at 8, it closes at 8. If you complain about the staff being shorthanded, apply! Solves that problem doesn’t it? People complain about the smallest things! It’s ice cream yall, be understanding and enjoy it!
Awful awful experience!!!!!! First off, I ordered one scoop for my 4 year old, and the size of it wasn’t even enough to satisfy a toddler! I ended up ordering her a double scoop. I also ordered a double scoop for my teens as well, and come to find out, about half way down, the cone was completely empty inside. I paid $22 for 3 cones and it was a total waste of my time and money. We should’ve waited until we went home to Oak Ridge to visit our local Baskin Robbins where coupons are accepted and the you get what you pay for. The management and employees should be a ashamed! What a Rip off!!
No coupons whatsoever are accepted at this location on Parkside drive in Knoxville, TN. Signs were posted on door so you will be aware.. The store had no customers when I entered so the inside was clean. The price of one scoop of ice-cream in a cup with no toppings is over 4 dollars including tax. I have had better ice-cream at other places, but to each their own....
This particular BR does NOT participate in promotional coupons or offers. Better for them to indicate it on the website than pieces of paper taped to their door.
Wish I could have had some icecream but they only had 1 person to serve 28 on the busiest day for icecream. You think the most popular location for the most popular icecream joint would have more than one person at rush hour.
