Barley’s is a good place to go anytime. Lunch is super calm and they’re quick their service. It gets kind of busy on the weekends, but I’ve never had an issue here. I usually just get wings and fries or pizza, or both!
I can always count on Barley's to be solid! Lived in Knoxville a decade ago, and it was my go-to place. Visited recently, and it is still remarkable. Great vibe. Usually some live music happening at night. The pizzas are so tasty! I recommend the Greek. And the black bean hummus is the best hummus in town!
Love this place, the upstairs is fun with the pool tables and darts, great place for sports. Food is also consistently good. While the beer specials, prices, and selection are fantastic, the beer usually has a strange after taste. It tastes as if they aren’t properly cleaning their lines for their taps which can create a yeast sediment buildup, leaving strange metallic after tastes in every beer and can lead headaches from only 3 beers like that. Would love to see them fix that issue because it could easily be my go to drinking spot if they would.
Always an amazing experience coming here. Never had a bad pizza, and the service is always outstanding. Jeffery is a worker that we have gotten a few times, and he is extremely Hard working and so friendly. Always look forward to going here.
The pizza was very good. There was some contention in our group over the “Caribbean jerk” pizza with its sweet jerk sauce. I liked it. The pepperoni was good as well. The service started slow as typical for barleys, but got much better as the meal continued. The spinach quest dip was excellent as well

there was a mix up with our reunion, and a scheduled heavy metal band that night, but they made every effort to make it right and did so. the food was amazing and service was spot on! I was very pleased and would return without a question!!! thanks for a great reunion barley's!
Went for the WDVX Big Plate Special. Great venue, plenty of seats, good acoustics. Service was friendly and fast. Prices were good. Pizza was good, burger was ok, nothing special. I’d go back again!
Confusingly terrible food, nothing like the Barley’s in Asheville. Cici’s quality cardboard pizza, iceberg lettuce “ceasar” salad, cold canned soup French dip, friendly staff though and clean dining room. Live music a plus.
Over the years one of my favorite go to establishments when downtown. They make some of the best pizzas pies in the area, and definitely the best fried green tomatoes! . Seen several of my favorite musicians there, Watched the St. Patrick’s Day Parade march by one Pattys day which was an experience not forgot. Some of the best food, entertainment, and atmosphere our area has to offer.
