Our burgers were very dry so we asked for some sauce and they said sauce costs extra. .. I thought that was pretty stingy for overpriced, dry burgers.
These people have the best shakes in the world! But they are closed, go down the street to the 2nd best at Chick-fil-A.
The food is always fresh. The Miz Gratsi burger is my favorite. They are short staffed but still they manage to turn out a tasty burger.
Very expensive and then if there’s more than 2 people in line you might as well clear your schedule for the rest of the day. I don’t think the people here know they work at back yard burger???
Food was good but more expensive than you would think it was $11 for a sandwich combo and $7 for akids meal
Just wish the customer service was up to par. If I ask for buffalo fries...I know there is an upcharge. I dont need to be reminded three times. Also, why cant I get it any larger?
My only complaint is that new promotional items aren't on the menu. The food is great though and they have the best fries.
We are from California and haven't found a fast food burger place as good as In n Out until now!! Great burgers for a great price. And the fries are bomb!!
Food was okay and cheap. Staff were friendly and nice too. The atmosphere is kind of old fashioned and needs some work for sure. All our burger patties were surprisingly cold too which really ruined the taste of burger for us.
In my opinion the best fast food burgers in town. They have a great selection of different types of burgers and chicken sandwiches. The blackened burger/chicken have always been my favorites. I just tried the big backyard burger (not sure of the name) and it was amazing.
