We love going here! Seriously the nicest staff and the food is really good. The sushi is fabulous! Like my favorite place to get sushi! Again the staff is fantastic and always so pleasant. Highly recommend them!
Best damn sushi I've ever had. Got the "Father's Day" roll. No exaggeration. Best damn sushi I've ever had.Went back later and tried the "Big Boy"roll (pictured). Amazing. So good and the sauces are perfectly paired together.They need to bring a store to Texas!

We stopped at Asian River because it was within walking distance of the Baymont Inn & Suites and we felt like having Asian food. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Asian foods, including Chinese, Japanese, and Thai. It looks like a little hole-in-the-wall place, but the food was very good. I ordered the Pai Thai (as they call it) with chicken. It was a little sweeter and less spicy than I was used to, but I enjoyed it a lot. My partner ordered the sweet and sour chicken, which was also very good. She also ordered the egg drop soup, which was absolutely delicious. The portions were very large; either of our main dishes would have been enough for the two of us, Although the restaurant did not have many dine-in patrons, they were doing an excellent carry-out business. Obviously other people also think this restaurant has good food, too.
Awesome, friendly service! The prices are really good for the portion sizes. Definitely will be going back and telling my friends about this place.
Great food, not the usual fried rice in chicken broth that you taste at every Asian restaurant,but they use beef broth instead very nice and very much a welcoming change. I enjoyed my spicy tuna roll greatly. Hubby had a mysumo chicken curry dish. He loves that extra spicy touch. My Hibachi chicken and shrimp with extra veggies was awesome. We tried their bubble mango tea so yummy. Our waiter/server was patiently explaining Thai dishes and mysumo dishes to my hubby. Our server was fast and respectful. Server was only one serving and waiting on tables by himself. He got it right the first time. He even got our last minute to go order of fried dumplings to go. Prices,Service was wonderful. Clean place, plenty of seating great options to choose from. Can see from road. Non smoking and you can bring you family. Very friendly moderate prices and clean.i will be coming back for more.
It breaks my heart to give this place such a bad review This was our favorite place. The food is great the staff is wonderful the prices are decent and menu is full and pleasing. We often stopped after Sunday mass. However, once I needed to use the restroom it became my least favorite place. The bathroom facility is so disgusting that I worry about what condition the kitchen is really in. Furthermore I'm horrified & and absolutely embarrassed that I brought my mil here and she too needed to use the restroom.We're not talking about dust and toilet paper spread about, there is yellow and beige grim covering everything. I showered as soon as I returned home and haven't returned since.
It's a little hole in the wall. The hibachi is alright and very reasonably priced. The real reason to go is for the sushi. Incredibly affordable, delicious, and the presentation is crazy good at the price point.
This was my first time eating here & it was great. My friend got sushi & enjoyed it & I got chicken & broccoli. All around excellent!
