Place is disgusting. Dirty & smells foul. I asked for a cup of ice water as I do not drink sodas or tea and the lady at the register refused to make me a cup even though I had a $12 meal. And so did my co workers. She argued with me for about 2 minutes with a line backed up. Told her I would never return didn't seem to matter to her she just wanted my money today. O yea thanks for the hair in my chicken..
Got chicken teriyaki meal yesterday didn't taste right but I was really hungry had a long day and not much money but came home and had a upset stomach all night and all morning waste of my money but most of the time it is really good I like this place but yesterday it didn't do me good and I should have went to Chick-fil-A or something better.would like to get my money back or a free meal or something

Raw chicken served with my mushroom chicken the manager wouldnt refund my money either bc he didnt believe me that it was raw when you could clearly see it when you looked at it
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Most horrible food!!! THIS IS NOT CHINESE FOOD!! What do they put in those noodles!! Never saw burnt orange colored noodles! 2 SLIVERS OF ONION IN ALL THOSE NOODLES THE! The flavor was horrible & salty! The sweet old man out front gave us a taste of the bourbon chicken! It was fresh& hot! What we got in the meal was awful. Both myself and my grandson went to return the food. The man said we ate most the chicken! He's a Liar, they gave us smaller portions than the ppl before us and the noodle flavor seeped into it. Made it taste horrible! He was rude & yelled at us . I diidnt even want a refund just let him know it tasted badly and the chicken tasted off.. well!
Absolutely horrible. Customer service is trash. Peas were rock hard and noodles mush. Took my food back and the server shrugged her shoulders at me. The cook came out with a smart mouth. Told me it’s vegetables they are hard. Oh right. I’ve been eating peas wrong my whole life. Thanks for educating me. Eff off. Never again.

Me and my girlfriend came to the food court and the nice man had us try the bourbon chicken and it was so good! Worth ever dollar! And they give you a lot! Of food!!! So worth it! Nice jucie chicken! Full of flavor!
Very fast & the staff was friendly. The tea was WAY too sweet and the orange chicken was WAY too sweet. I didnt even eat half of my plate & felt nauseous for about an hour and a half after eating it. There are 3 or 4 other asian restaurants at the mall and if i could do it again I would have chosen a different one.
