I'll start with the positive. The service was some of the best I've ever received. The staff is so friendly. I was absolutely impressed with their hospitality. Now for the negative. The food was really bad. The calamari was cooked in old oil. The tofu curry was very bland. Not the least bit spicy. We also had roast duck that was lackluster at best. Very little meat. Mostly bones and cartilage. Not a pleasant experience.
This place is fantastic! The crab ragoon is to die for!!! Best Ive ate..ever ? I also had Loein noodle with shrimp....great! My son had the D77 on the menu but added steak and it came with chicken. He feasted..lol Neither of us could finish our plates!! Plenty of food . I had filled up on crab ragoon before our main dish came. Our food was hot, fresh, and didn't take but a very few minutes to have it on the table ? our waitress Lisa is phenomenal. Super friendly, always smiling, cuts up with customers, and makes you feel welcomed. She was attentive, polite, & happy. Make for a wonderful meal I don't care who you are! We will definitely be back & I strongly recommend you try it yourself ❤ say hello to Lisa for me. Lisa is pictured with me. It was a long , hot day so overlook my appearance..?
It was our first time and we really liked it! The owner and staff were courteous.service was wonderful! The restaurant is extremely nice and very well laid out. Food was to me just as good as some of the nicer restaurants in Chicago's China Town. Menu is large with great variety. The oolong tea was wonderful. I loved how fresh the food tasted and happy with our meals. We can't wait to go again!
This restaurant is interesting because it is a 3 in 1 sort of situation. Hibachi in one area, dining in another, and then a bar. We ate in the restaurant, which had a wide selection of menu options and unique beers on draft.
Very good food. The restaurant is kinda divided into separate areas. We like the bar area. Service was perfect, food was served quickly. Our server was very friendly and professional. Prices are very reasonable and the quality was very good. We will be back again soon.
I used to like it but it's gone downhill lately. Firstly, I have an onion allergy. This restaurant LOVES onions. Like if you get the beef and broccoli, expect an entire onion on your plate. I'm not exaggerating. But despite me telling them every time NO ONIONS I will ALWAYS have a ton of onions in my food.Last week I ordered shrimp fried rice and a steak hibachi with fried rice to go. I got the hibachi and a side of fried rice. I called them and they argued with me about my friend rice. I got so aggravated that I paid for something I didn't get and they were trying to tell me that I was wrong when I clearly wasn't, that I just gave up and hung up. It just isn't worth it anymore. Hopefully the new Grand Buffet on Clinton Hwy will be my new go to when they open.
Nice setting, clean and spacious. Not so loud music. Quick service and friendly staff. The food was however lacking. Ordered spicy shrimp fried rice. The shrimp was completely cold, there was barely any salt in the food, there was zero spice in the food too. The food tasted as though it was pre made and warmed up for the order.I took a few bites, paid my bill, tipped and went my way.
This place is so good! We always sit in the bar area but there are two other dining rooms as well as a patio. The menu is huge and everything I’ve tried has been GREAT. Also very sweet servers.
