Will NOT be back. Our order is NEVER right. The fries are always old and cold. The employees just don't care. Have them several opportunities this past year.
Never had a problem with this particular Arby's until recently. There is what seems to be a new girl working there in the evenings, super perky little thing. The last 2 times ive gone through the drive thru she has been the one to take my order. Both times my order has been screwed up. And i know she is new because i asked to add something onto a sandwich and it took quite a while for her to figure out how to do so. I do not blame this young girl. I blame management for putting her in the window without better training and just expecting her to figure it out.
2 for 6 on their classic roast beef and cheddar is great!

My husband and I just went through the drive thru and the customer service was absolutely amazing! It wasn't "is that all, is that all, is that all" after everything we said, it was "what else can I get for you today?" She was very sweet and when we pulled around the gentleman that was working was very nice too! We live over an hour away and my husband had to pickup something from a company he works for so we were in the area and decided to stop. I'm very glad we stopped here and I would rather drive all the way to this Arby's than go to the one closer to home! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! Hoping to visit again soon! Thanks again for the great food and amazing customer service!! ??
Got a roast beef classic. The bun was straight from the pack, not warm or anything. The roast beef was cool, bland, and rubbery. Hit my gut like a rock. Almost didn't keep it down. I'm still struggling with that. Don't know what's going on, but avoid it if you can. Awful
Had a hot and tasty reuben sandwich and a new caramel and cinnamon shake. Big were great!
Rooms were clean. Staff was polite. Rates are very good! It is very popular for all those reasons too!
Gotta love the half pound roast beef meal with crinkle fries. ??. The one thing i should say though is whenever you order online through grubhub or the other food delivery groups do not order the mozz sticks unless you call the resturant and ask for them. My fiance and i did that twice and the first time we figured "well it may have just been a slight mistake and they forgot" the second time we called because it wasnt in there again. So just note if the restaurant doesnt have an item like mozz sticks and you pay for them through the 3rd party ask for your $ back for the item not received or....just dont do what i did and order the item they dont have then theres no fuss no muss with it. In general i think if a particular restaurant is on grubhub and 3rd parties they need to try to keep their menues updated so issues like this dont occur. :)Other than that the food is great, fresh, and hot love it !
