My first time at this Applebees I had a decent experience with friendly staff and food that you would expect at Applebees. I went yesterday and let me just say it was not the same. First not even a welcome, just seated us, waited 5-10 minutes for another less than enthusiastic employee to take our order. Drinks and food came out in a reasonable amount of time. This is where the customer service was straight garbage. My food was not hot, it was Luke warm at best and parts of it were cold like it cam straight out of the refrigerator. When I alerted the waitress she replied with “are you serious, Jesus Christ” and proceeded to take my food back to the kitchen. The manager brought my food back out about 5-10 minutes later and and only says “there you go, we heated that back up for you”. No apology, no new food. Literally just heated up the first plate. And they did discount our bill $5. I’ll never return here. I didn’t feel welcome or valued as a customer at all. Not impressed.
I had French onion soup, Quesadilla burger and fries. Others had chicken fajita rollup and chicken tenders platter with brownie bites for dessert. Everyone was satisfied. Under 50 bucks before tip.
The food is OK...3.8 out of 5. But the waiting area was dirty. Renovations are needed. It's just about caring. These are old dirty areas that haven't been deep cleaned or painted anytime recently. The clean-up cart stunk as I was sitting there. ??
Food is decent and service was good. This used to be a place that we really enjoyed. But in recent times the prices have crept up and the food/experience hasn't.Lot's of specials but it's hard to hit them right.
My office feeds about 8 people, and this Applebee's has no issue getting all of our orders correct on time, every time through curbside carryout. Thanks guys! ?
The food was fine our biggest problem was there was 2 gentlemen that came in, had been walking had big jackets on had pack backs on. The hostess acted like they were homeless people. It upset one of them but they finally got seated. We had a gift card my wife said let's give it to them for the way they were treated, so our waitress was also theirs so we gave her it for them.
We ordered the boneless wings before happy hour was up and u could tell the chicken had been sitting for awhile and temp wasn't very warm...rest was good
Went there during the snow storm. The food was okay. The waiter was very nice. The salad tasted a little off I had blue cheese and it didn't taste like it?
Excellent place. The servers are extremely polite. The prices are perfect for the food quantity and quality. Great ambience and ample of parking. Loved it.
Ate here tonight and this is by far the worst Applebee’s we have been to. The booth we were sit at was broken, and sunk in. I give two stars because the $5 drink I ordered tasted wonderful. We ordered wonton tacos which were ok but we weren’t given any plates to share. Then our food came out about 25 minutes later and was awful. Our fish and fries were rubbery amd the fries old. My husband sent his fish and fries back and got the salmon instead. I don’t like to complain so I ate a little of mine. We were really ready to go by the time my husband got his salmon and he realized it didn’t have the skin on the bottom so it was completely dried out. Even the kids tenders were dry. My son wouldn’t eat any of it. Very disappointed and definitely will not be back to this location.
