Stopped in for lunch today and was very disappointed. Service was good but the food was hard as a rock. While eating I happened to look up and the ceiling and AC vents were absolutely disgusting. In the middle of us eating we started smelling something foul (toilets). Was not able to finish food and left.Will never come back to this disgusting location.
A little disappointed. I ordered my burger with a little pink and it was burnt. Didn't send it back, didn't know how long it would take to get another one. My husband ordered quesadilla burger,, suppose to come with bacon, but it was left off for some reason. I ran out of coke and had to ask for more. I eat here once a week. I will give them another try. Hopefully it will be better next time.
Last night about 10 Pm, we went in stood by the front entrance, no one to seat us, we was standing there for 7 mins. They were not busy at all. Two female employees stood by the bar and just starred at us across the room while we were just standing waiting to be acknowledge to be seated. They finally walked up to us asked if we had been helped, we said no. They walked off again leaving us standing there, went and had a whole conversation with another female employee, whom was cleaning tables. They were not inviting at all. Its like we wasn't supposed to be there. Then another person sat us at a table where we couldn't even fit in the booth. The drinks were watered down. I ordered the chicken bourbon & shrimp and the chicken was very dry and old and hard. You could tell they didn't just cook the chicken. Potatoes was old as if they had been sitting out for hours. My friend had the sirloin steak she asked for it to be medium well it came out bloody & raw. We had to get up and get our own napkins, we had no silver ware, we had gotten our food and had to wait on them to bring the silver ware back out. We never seen our waitress again till it was time to pay, very bad experience & unacceptable! The manager lady had the same demonor as her employees, so can you blame them. She had on a blue shirt. I give this location a negative 0 star.
Ordered stake, medium it was cooked perfect but was so tough I could barely cut it much less chew it. When I had enough and asked for the check I gave her my debit card she came back and apologized for charging the table of 3 people and my table. She said that it would take 7 days to reimburse my account. I asked if the manager would help, after she told him she said he took it off, but he didn't want to talk to me when I asked for him.
Great food friendly service
Wait staff were polite, but inattentive. Management struggled to direct staff. Staff behind bar ignored phone calls and customers. Had to go and find the hostess at the front so we could get our waitress to come back and ask if we would like our check. Had to wait for 30 minutes after we finished eating to pay and leave. Never got any refills. This place needs better management.
We were the very first costumers to arrive at 11a today. Got seated only to see ultra right wing conservative Fox News on every TV. The anchor was bashing Democrats so we promptly left before our server even greeted us. Businesses should just stay out of politics period. There's at least a hundred other non partisan TV stations the restaurant could have chosen but they didn't.
They were shortstaffed the restaurant was dirty the bathrooms were not very clean didn’t even have any soap to wash our hands. Their menu states that all steaks come with mashed potatoes and broccoli But when someone at our table ordered a steak they would not bring them broccoli without charging extra for it. It was not a good experience.
Great place! No wait for seating and our server was awesome. The food was delicious and arrived very quickly. We've been here several times and will certainly be back again!
Floors and under table had old food (not just small crumbs, 1/2 quesadilla, etc), and garbage. The bathrooms stunk and had not been clean in a while. Ordered 1/2 price appetizers but charged full price. We had 15 people in our party and it took 1 hour and 1/2 to get just appetizers and drinks. Someone in out party slipped and fell on a menu that was in the floor.
