Staff were so helpful! I told them I was on a short 30 min break from work so they worked miracles in that time frame for me. Dinner in my belly, dessert to go, as well as my check all in about 25 minutes! Super grateful! I'm sure that may not be possible all the time but I would still recommend this place to others because they care to try for ya. Not one bad attitude in the whole building while others are down to only 1-2 workers trying to run an entire store. This place must be under good management. Staff appears to be fully staffed & happy to be there.
Uncharacteristic for me, I have let this rant marinate before sharing. My husband and I are trying not to eat much wheat for the sake of reducing arthritis inflammation. Having planned ahead what we would order, we went to Applebee's on Tuesday. We ordered hamburgers with lettuce, tomato and onion but no buns. Instead of french fries for a side, we ordered the side salad realizing there would be an upcharge for the substitution. We should have asked more questions before ordering. We were charged $4 more for the salad and no.allowance for no fries. Our bill for 2 hamburgers (thin portion of ground beef), no bun, no fries and 2 side salads was right at $37!!! They may have seen the last of us.
The food was great. Customer service was fantastic.Did not wait long before seated. Drink order taken within a few minutes. Salads brought out quickly. Steak, chicken and shrimp cooked properly as well as the fries and broccoli and all the food was nice and hot.Dessert was offered.Would recommend.
Applebees always hits the right notes. Very busy on this particular visit but the staff was keeping everyone happy. The Oriental taco appetizers were crisp, flavorful and just the right size for a starter. Plump, tender shrimp topped the Tex-Mex incredi-bowl that had a surprisingly spicy lime rice.

First time eating at an Applebee’s and honestly, probably not my last! Stopped by after work to treat myself to something since it’s right next to where I live, and even though It was fairly busy and I was pretty tired, the atmosphere was still nice enough to take the edge off. My server was super sweet and everything went super smoothly! Also, while waiting, I noticed that empty tables were being constantly cleaned- a small detail, but I appreciated knowing that the areas were being kept well. The food itself was great- I had already planned to take some if it home to save for lunch, but what I had was so filling I couldn’t finish more than the mozzarella sticks (which, while not my favorite mozzarella stick I’ve had at a restaurant, we’re still REALLY good!) The burger was great, and I liked the seasoned fries. Even though I didn’t get to stay long due to being so tired, I enjoyed my experience and will definitely return!

The mash potatoes were also pretty bland on top of that. Especially, comparing it to other Applebee's. I would also never recommend their four cheese mac with tenders! It barely tasted like it had one cheese much less four and was sickly sweet. Overall, I was disappointed to receive what I did considering the time and price for it. (They have no regards for covid or wearing masks btw)
The food was good and staff was very friendly and polite. The cocktails are also pretty good. It is definitely comparable to other Applebees. Their 2 for 20 deal is always good for date nights, and their appetizers are always great. I will definitely be back here again.
Had to edit because of how bad. Fantastic server and all, but the food had as many Pros as it did Cons. For every good thing you can say about the food, there's something negative that comes with. My plate was absolutely botched, and although I threw it up, my family's was worse. They got home with stomach pains and diarrhea. Very sorry to the nice people and the manager that works there to say this, but we got absolutely wrecked from our visit.
