Love this place but what happened Tuesday I’m not happy about. We got here on Tuesday at 8:30pm to sit 5 people and the host puts us down and tells us it’s just a 30 min wait. I was fine with that. 9 rolls around and I check the link to see where our place in line it, we didn’t have a place in line. I go in and ask what happened and one of the host said they were not sitting people after 9pm and 2 servers had to leave.So you guys just decided to kick me off the waiting list and not call me to tell me?
I’ve had grocery store sushi that tasted better than this. Lacked flavor and freshness. Disappointing given the positive ratings. Ordered six different rolls, tempura and tofu. $80 wasted!
Food was great- had hibachi beef and miso ramen. Good portions on both. Our waitress, however, was worthless. Asked several times for drink refills, and would never bring them. Was more interested in hanging out with a table full of college students than in doing her job. We'd have been better off serving ourselves!
we ordered tonkotsu ramen, tuna,salmon and eel nigiri, rainbow roll, and philly roll tonight.Overall, great food, decent price and nice staff.Only thing is you need to ask them to serve you for wasabi and ginger which normally come with your sushi order.
This place had great food so we used to go there often. After the pandemic we started ordering online and that's something you should never do. They will make sure they will miss at least one of the items in the order like soup, curry in katsu curry ( 2 out of 3 times). Once they even took the online order when the restaurant was closed and when I went for pickup no one was there.Today I ordered four items including a Salmon Collar and they missed the Salmon Collar (which apparently was not there today). It was fine if they had noticed that and told us about it but they just charged us for the item without giving the food (which they will refund btw). I checked at my parking to when I realized one of the item looks missing and had to go back and ask them before they realized the food was not even available, are you serious? Never ordering from this place again.
I like the soup and salad here better than other places. They have a huge variety of options on their menu, which is good! The sushi has been hit or miss lately, but I usually have a good experience here!
Great food and cheerful staff. My wife and I ate there on a Saturday with locals only. Highly recommend the ramen and Alaska roll. Two thumbs up. Keep up the good work guys.
Not a fan of sitting directly beside others... the food choices were more sushi than we would have liked or were in the mood for that evening. Our food that we did get was okay. But our waitress was horrible. She forgot our appetizers, never refilled drinks. We were driving through from Chattanooga back to NC and it had several great reviews. The place was not too busy when we arrived. By the time we left, there was a line out the door. Obviously, other people like this place.
