Friday night, 8pm: twenty five minutes to get a beer served outdoors. One server says printer error, the other days “we only have one bartender” (on a Friday?) either way- to slow for my taste. Too bad, as the servers were nice and the outdoor seating area is great, and dog friendly.Easy parking. Limited food menu. Menu is QR code access only (which I don’t love- forces you to be on your cell phone when you don’t want to be)
Absolutely do not recommend. We had to wait 40 minutes to be seated when the guy said it would be 20 minutes. Once we got seated, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our server. Then we had to wait another 40 minutes for our food. We saw our server once the entire time we ate there. I had to get up and get someone to get some extra ketchup because no one ever came to check on us. Do not eat here if your hungry because you will not actually get your food until 2 hours after you get there.
We were looking for a local brewery to stop at on our way through town. We were excited to find this cute little brewery tucked into a cozy little neighborhood. The brewery is right next to a church and the church lets them use their parking lot since they don’t have one. There is even a little sidewalk leading to the brewery from the church parking lot. Absolutely loved the unique sour beers, especially the Lima Llama Tiki Weisse .
The Abridged Burger is remarkable! The bun has a perfect texture, a toasted shell with a pillowy inside. The patty has a unique flavor, and is so juicy and tender. I love that they use fried brussels instead of lettuce, and the aoli is fantastic. It's definitely a contender for best burger in Knoxville!
Everyone has been telling me this place has the best burger in Knoxville so I had to try it. Space was super cool and busy. Service was friendly and the food was really good! I ordered the Abridged burger and it did not disappoint. Had a great experience and will be back for sure.
Love the beer here. Great food. Wonderful place to meet clients or a date night. Burgers are second only to their burger truck. Love the alright alright. Never had anything that wasnt excellent here.

I was treated well by multiple workers multiple times. I felt like I was a guest not like they were doing me a favor that they we're there.
