You know, I wouldn’t mind paying $15 for a combo and a side of fried cheddar bites IF I was treated with kindness. The employees at this Zaxby’s are SO rude. As soon as I pull up to the speaker I’m greeted by someone who clearly does not want to be there. They all act like it’s an inconvenience to take my order or serve me food. They are rude at the pickup window, no “thank you”, no “have a good day”, no nothing. They just hand me a bag and shut the window. It’s like this every time I come here. I’ll go spend my money somewhere else next time, at a place where I feel welcome.
First I want to say this franchise has come a long way at improving the food quality. Im over weight so I am forced to eat a salad a time or three a week. So I eat here often enough to notice the changes. The salads don’t taste like mop water anymore but they have changed the package it comes in. Last week it was a cardboard material which if you live back aways like I do the salad mixed molecules with the box and became one with each other. Today they have a styrofoam hybrid type thing meant for an entire meal. you know the type all the food has its own separate place to be. So if you want to feel like you’re eating a good old flea market meal then Zaxby’s is the right place to be.
We jut ordered from here, left out three items, had to go back in multiple times to get items left out. Then when we get home the whole order was still wrong, paid more for a meal we didn't get and got cheaper and less items. There's other places around who won't mess up to this degree....
We ate inside, chicken fingers was smaller than usual and the dining room was not clean.
Very friendly staff and very clean. I've never eaten at a Zaxby's but have heard they were the best for chicken. My husband and I were disappointed as it was flavorless. The chicken was moist but that's about it. I won't waste my money on another Zaxby's.
Had a buffalo chicken sandwich was very tasty. The service was great and the staff very friendly.
Food was delicious & filling , prompt service. The soda selection using coke's automated machine can be a little challenging but the product is spot on.
Decent food nice employs but if youre paying cash and your total is 15.43 you better have the exact 15.43 because they wont give you money back i thought that was their job
Awful. Except for the fries. I ordered teriyaki boneless wings (which are my favorite there) and I found 3 with fat in them. Had to pick around them and the chicken tasted bad. After a few minutes, I threw it all up and my stomach was hurting all night and still today. Very disappointed and for the price of their meals? I expect better. 10/28/2021
Fast and food prepared as ordered. Lettuce and tomato slid off bun and mixed with fries.
