If I could give less then 1 star I would … this is one of the worst fast food places I’ve been to … not only was the lobby not open even though they were supposed to be but they gave me a baconator with uncooked bacon on it … I tried to contact corporate through the survey, asking to be contacted regarding the issues I had with their company but no one ever contacted me back …I’ll never go back to this Wendy’s and the lack of concern from their corporate headquarters has me questioning whether I will go to any Wendy’s again
The drive-thru is an absolute joke sat there for 15 minutes just to get a baked potato and some chili .... watching four cars drop off the line and drive away..... they didn't fill up my chili very much hardly any bacon on my potato had to re ask for crackers had to re-ask for sour cream, no knife to cut my cold baked potato with the 3 tiny pieces of bacon on it !!That place is hurting for certain never eat there if you don't have toI would have given it no stars if I was able to
It’s not very often you go to a fast food restaurant and you’re thinking afterwards how nice the girl at the window was, and how good the food is tasting.. but that’s what I have going on right now. So thank you!
Went through the drive-thru and ordered a ten piece chicken nugget combo and two six piece nuggets and fries. They rang up another order on my card. I reiterated what my order was and told them they should give the customer a total before taking my card. They gave me a bag with a burger and fries. I told them for the third time what I ordered and they said ‘we charged you $4.23 so, I need your card to ring up the rest. They gave me a total and charged me what I can assume is the correct amount. Handed me another bag that had eight chicken nuggets in it and didn’t even bother putting it in a carton!! They threw the nuggets in the bag!! I understand every place is short-staffed but this was just incompetence! I will never go back to this restaurant again!
I have never had to wait so long in the lobby of a fast food restaurant just to place an order. Lady on the register had no idea what was going on, repeated out order 7, yes 7 times! 6 times to the lost looking employee and a final time to the manager when she took over the register. 40 min of waiting for three customers to place orders is totally unacceptable. The more competent employees were working the drive-thru so pick that if you go to this particular location.
I would hope that this review reaches the DM and GM at this location because it seems they are already aware of the problem at this store. Not only did I come last night and not be served while there was people in the store but I had another bad experience today. Last night I observed am employee texting while there was no one answering the drive thru. The other person seemed to be serving another customer and this was at regular business hours. Today, there was only 2 people working and 1 very rude old man with long grey hair that was only cleaning. He was actually cleaning the lobby that no one was allowed in because there was not any employees to cover the lobby. Oh the irony. Than he went on a smoke break in the parking lot and than back to cleaning which is all he seems to do. When I confronted Taylor (a manager) I truly felt bad for her. She fixed my order but the rest of my food was cold by the time I made it back to my Hotel room. To the owner: If you cannot appropriately staff your facility, you should close your store until so. No one deserves to endure the stress or the grief that comes with a store that cannot serve the public at full capacity. @Wendys Franchise board. This is unacceptable.
It’s touch and go. Some days it’s right other days I have to return to have my order corrected. This is really unacceptable as this is the 3rd time I get crumbs for fried pickles.
The service was fast, the food was fresh and good, and the staff was friendly. Great dining experience.
Nuggets were cold. It took like 8 minutes for food to be ready at window. Lastly, not really their fault, but they were out of frostys.
$5.00 double stacked biggie bag is great. You get burger, fries, nuggets and a drink for 5 dollars. Can't beat it
