I woke up late this morning and didn’t have time to pack my lunch for work, so on my break I stopped by this Wendy’s and got a $5 Biggie Bag with a double stack cheeseburger. I’ve been very disappointed in the food and service anytime I’ve gone to any of the other locations in this area recently so I was pleasantly surprised to find a fresh, hot cheeseburger with melted cheese, fresh piping hot crispy fries and nuggets. I really enjoyed it. They nailed it, at least on this day!
Very fast service even when very busy, they forgot an item but quickly corrected it. Only thing is I wish they would turn their lights on at night. For a while not they have literally no outside lights on at night, almost like they are trying to hide! At the very least I would think this is a lawsuit waiting to happen with them being open for business and forcing people to walk through their unlit parking lot.
Where's the beef????? You served me sliders. You offer me a free sandwich for my opinion... Or so you said.... What you are actually offering is a coupon that can only be used if another purchase is made.
Food just is not as good as it used to be. Employees seem like they would rather be anywhere else. Gonna find a new fast food restaurant.
I love to get their chocolate frosty and dip their French fries into the frosty! I've done that since I was a little kid call me strange, I do not care I like it and now my daughter likes it too.I think they have the best chicken nuggets over any other fast food restuurat out there. Also I like their Baconator, it's always been one of my favorites.
Don't know much about this store..don't usually eat here ,but we did today and it was good. Great food and polite,friendly staff. Well definitely be back!!!
Very nice for fast food. I could tell it was as fresh as fast food can be. Great attitude amongst emplyees
Wendy’s on 1990 Enterprise Pl, Kingsport, TN is possibly one of the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. The last several times we’ve went has been a horrible experience. Not only have we waited 10+ minutes for our food each time (and each time we were the only ones in the drive thru line), but every single time our order has been wrong. Each time that it is wrong the employees blame us for the issue because “they couldn’t hear us” (even though we’ve felt like we were yelling our order at times) or “there isn’t an option for how we want our food done”. There isn’t an option? All we asked for was no cheese cause my fiancé is allergic to dairy products. On top of that the employees are very rude and have an attitude with us. We won’t be coming back to this one anymore.
Food wasn't very good cheese sauce on my burger was still frozen tables were dirty. You had to ask for tea cause they said it wasn't busy enough to put out. Had no napkins when I asked for them I received paper towels from where they wash their hands. Never going back. Off my list.
i went to the window to pick up i order i had orded a taco salad she give me my salad and not in a bag i had to asked for the others thing that went with the salad she reach out the window and not in a bag again one at a time and no receipt either sad
