Bad service and food tasted like it sat there all day!! Employees not very friendly especially when you take something back (chicken nuggets) hard as a rock and tough, all I was told was it will be 4 mins no thanks don’t want spit in my food for taking it back!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP AT THIS ONE! Husbands chicken sandwich tasted like it had sat there all day also!
Chicken was dry and tough like it had sat in the warmer for a couple hours. Store was nasty and dirty. We had to wipe our table off. Floor was soaking wet from the fountain drink machine. Also store had a really bad smell inside.
They never get my order right. It’s usually something fairly simple like a combo with extra onions. They are also always slow even though there are few to no other customers. I feel like a burden any time I ask for ketchup because of the lack of enthusiasm these dead eyed employees always have. “I hate my job” is plastered all over their faces.
If you love stale bread and cold soggy fries, this Wendy’s has you covered. Oh wait! You prefer them to be rude as hell too?? YOU'RE IN LUCK!! These people hate life and they’re gonna make sure you notice.Just awful. Won’t be back.
They left out half the order, I asked the guy at the window if it was everything and he said yes. Got home to find out he lied. The food we got was stale, not fresh at all. I used to work at Wendy’s so I know how it goes, the burgers we got had bad Pattie’s, after a certain amount of time you’re supposed to throw them out cause they’re not considered good anymore. Those had been sitting there for 5-7 minutes after they should’ve been thrown away. For it to be a nice new looking restaurant it’s probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ate at.
I got a Bourbon bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was raw... Not including that they didn't close an order of chilli cheese fries and it soked through the bag all over my car.. not to mention when I pulled up to the drive thru and gave them my name. I was expected to leave without my apple pecan salad I ordered and not even give me the money back for the salad. After I received part of my order they said have a good day and walked away. I had to sit there until they finally got back to even ask about my salad. I was told " get your money back on the app" and they just walked away again before I could even say anything.. this isn't even the first bad experience with this Wendy's. I don't understand how it's acceptable to just give out raw food let alone not even explain what's going on with my order. I still haven't gotten any type of response let alone a refund. I don't understand how this is okay to do to people. The places I've worked it would be unacceptable...
Truly one of my favorite fast food restaurants. For one thing they have baked potatoes. Which is nice to have in place of fries sometimes. Also I really like their chili. I always get a large even if I'm not planning on eating it right away. It's good for a few days. I really enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich as well. It hot but not too hot. All the chicken sandwiches are good. They also have a great cheese burger. Lots of options other places don't have. Dave did it right.
This is Wendy's makes the chicken sandwiches this is ridiculous never in my life have I seen a flatter piece of chicken the sandwich nasty. I do not recommend eating at that Wendy's and if other ones are like it don't
I like Wendy's on Stone Drive. The burgers are good. However, they frequently get the orders wrong, so check your the bag before driving away. Tonight I was appalled as I waited on my food at drive-through. Several young ladies who work there were standing around talking near the window. They had numerous piercings, including facial piercings. And they were touching them and playing with them. Two gals were turning their nose piercings back and forth, then serving food and Frosty's without washing their hands. This is unsanitary normally, but doubly so in an age of flu and covid. Where is the adult in the room? I'm going to contact corporate this time. I'm cool. Colored hair, nails and piercings are awesome. Please just keep your hands off your face.
This is one of the worst places to eat. Went on a Saturday morning at 710 am and the place was dark not lights on at all but employees standing out smoking at the back door. I asked if they were open they say they were but just running late. I pulled up to the window to place a order it was around 27.90$ it took 15 minutes to get my food then the girl that brought it out looked like she just rolled out of bed with a winter hat that was dirty on her head a hoodie that had a devil on it. The employees must be gang members. They sure are not restaurant workers.
