Awesome experience waitress very kind and customers very friendly and it was a great welcoming atmosphere. Tennesseans have always been respectfull in my experience and quick to have conversation and invite you to church or revival. And quick to share or pray with you anytime, anywhere. Great State. Many experiences in Tennessee and have all been the best.
These two workers were great came into get a to go order and as soon as I walked in I new they just came through a rush Saturday into Sunday and it looked like a bomb went off and then the quickly explained and I understand no one to work but they took my order and they made me feel very welcome and the Cooke made me a 4 egg omelette that was out of this world and the coffee was assume thank you east stone drive Waffle House great job ?
My daughter and i decided to eat at the Waffle House. It is a very small and we had to wait quite a while. Then it took a long time to get the food and to top it of ggv it was cold. There needs to be more help so they wont get so far behind.
I use to work at Waffle House and the waitress worked there did not do it the Waffle House way. I was not greated at all. The waitress kept rolling her eyes when she would take my order. 10 minutes after I sat down. The cook is the one who helped me the most he cooked, got my drink and silverware. While the waitress left Waffle House to get cigarettes. The cook also took two orders while the waitress was gone.
I haven't eaten at THIS Waffle House yet. We walked in and there were st least 10 people already waiting. We left and went to the I- hop down the street and were seated immediately.That should have told me something .
My husband and I arrived at 5:30a on 3/3. The waitress sitting at a table and the cook both looked at us when we parked up front. We walked inside…no greeting or even one word spoken to us. We sat at a table for a few minutes and still nothing. The waitress, still sitting at the table, overheard my husband inquire about menus. She finally spoke in the rudest tone possible saying “uh, it’ll be about 20 minutes, he’s cleaning the grill”. Then looks back at her paper or whatever it was she was doing. Us, realizing we were inconveniencing them, got up and walked out. Nothing else was said. I can guarantee WH we’ll never go back to this location. I don’t like WH, but it’s one of my husband’s favorite places. The worst part is I’ve been working 12 hr nights and him 12 hr days for the last five weeks. I arranged to leave work early and he woke up earlier so we could eat breakfast at WH and spend time together before he went into work. Needless to say, our plans were ruined and so was our morning. I wish I could give ZERO stars.
My first visit at 11 am was Great. Good food, Great service. My lunch visit at 330 pm was not good at all. Only a couple of customers, slow service, employee's small child under 5 years of age running around both out front and behind counter. At 1 point this little girl was using a spray bottle with cleaner/bleach spraying tables and trying to clean them with a rag.I find this dangerous and irresponsible not to mention definitely against Waffle House policy and health code etc...Employees treated this situation like an everyday occurrence. Unacceptable to me. You've lost my business... more importantly your liability...
Best place to get breakfast food anywhere around here. Could eat till I pop. Delicious!
Pretty good, food was fast and cooked perfect, the place was clean (ish) the waitress was friendly talked about her goats. Negative one star because one weird kid with blue hair tried to wipe lipstick off a coffee cup and give it to me anyhow.
LOVE the food & staff... Always Most Satisfactory!!!Always leave Full & Happy :) Y'all do a great service to all us hungry people!(mine was a loaded omelet with chili on top & it was gooood-my wife's sandwich was great too, lots of meat & sautéed stuff!)
