Staff was very friendly and helpful. Their suggestion that the French Toast bagel is good as a breakfast sandwich was spot on! Egg, provolone, and turkey on the French Toast bagel, try it!
By far my favorite lunch spot in Kingsport!!! I eat there at least once and a week and occasionally I’ll do there breakfast which is also excellent. Shout out to Michael Lubrano who usually takes care of my wife, Jessica, and I when we go in!!!
Bagel exchange is awesome. Great vibe, nice selection, as close to NY style bagels as we've seen. If we have ONE complaint it's that the bagels aren't toasted enough...pretty minor though as we're they're pretty much weekly!
Bagel Exchange... where have you been all my life? I don't know how you can toast a bagel and still have it this soft and delicious. I'm pretty sure Gandalf donated the recipes for this restaurant. My boys and I have tried breakfast and lunch here, as well as the muffins. Nothing has disappointed. The sausage, egg white, and cheese on French toast bagel should be in a breakfast foods museum somewhere, if it's not already.Oh yeah, the staff is super friendly too. They already know us by face and name.
I love this place. You know it's gonna be cool when the first thing you see is the sign on the door that says "pullsh". 1st timer today and when you walk in, it reminds you of a tiny N.Y. deli/bagel place. I had tried a different bagel place a week ago and it was good but wanted to try a different place for comparison. These bagels were soft, not to big and very tasty. Employees were friendly. They placed the garlic ones separate from the other. And placed in plastic bags with twist ties. I've never had another place do this automatically as I usually have to ask. This is going above and beyond. Bagel Exchange will be my new go to place. Caution though: they're only open Thursday thru Saturday. Damn Covid...
Great bagels and iced tea
Seriously the best bagel I've eaten in my 60 year life! Staff and service are top notch. Worth a drive to experience.
This place has the best bagels in the area! We have eaten here several times and it is consistently delicious. The staff is always cheerful and helpful, answering questions or offering suggestions. It is busy at times, but we’ll worth standing in line. There is an upstairs seating area if it is a little too crowded on the main floor.
There is not a better place in town for a good sandwich. The bagels are amazing -- so soft, flavorful, and delicious. The Bagel Exchange uses Boar's Head meat which makes all the difference. My favorite is the Sergeant, which I get on a cheddar bagel. The only downfall is that it's open limited days/hours which makes it difficult to visit. Be sure to check ahead of time.
Best bagels in Kingsport. The owner and staff were very nice. It was busy, but we never felt rushed. Bagels are good by themselves, but the sandwichs where incredible. They don't just count on a good bagel, the other ingredients were excellent as well.
