This place use to be great but now when you go there, they don’t have the cooler stocked. We went today and they literally had 3 flavors available in the cooler and the advertisements on the windows were no longer available but they said they need to change the signs that the promotions changed a week ago. Very Very disappointed in TCBY. I will start going to The Scoop in Gray from now on.
Had a big order and an extremely nice lady (Sarah If I'm correct) who's been a manager here for quite some time was working her Tail off. Very professional and polite! I 100000% recommend you get your sweet treat fix from here!
A great place, good selection. It was really busy and I feel bad because there was only one employee. They should try to maybe hire a 15-year-old help out. There's not a lot of jobs that hire 15-year-olds and they can do work.

Very understaffed today but waffle cone was great and the lady working kept me informed of what she was doing. She worked quickly and efficiently. Hot day but AC was on so the wait was okay.
