This is the most convenient Taco Bell to me and has caused me to just about stop eating there. They are always out of everything or completely mess up your order. Last time we went, they said they had no sour cream because it wasn’t on the truck. There’s an Ingles in the same parking lot… Today, I stopped in for a Coke. She says, we don’t have Coke. I said, I’m sorry, a Pepsi. She says, we don’t have any Pepsi either. So I say, ok, a Mountain Dew then. She says, sorry, we are out of that, too, but we have Dr. Pepper. I said, that’s fine then. She then asks, would you like sauce? Um…no thank you. And I get home and my friend tells me they were out of Pepsi 6 days ago when she stopped. Poor management and worse employees! They literally mess up your food almost every time and ALWAYS out of half the supplies. This would be a great place for a fast food restaurant! Just a bunch of kids goofing off and getting paid for it.
I rarely leave reviews. But this Taco Bell always leaves me mad. Not the first time either. I usually call & they fix it but as many times as I have called, it’s kinda ridiculous at this point. Fries were cold. I got 2 sides of rice & 2 sides of tomatoes. I got a full thing of tomatoes but like a tiny spoonful of rice. Cinnabons we’re cold. I got 3 sides of spicy ranch, barely even a little in the container.I don’t blame the employees though. Because looking at the reviews & how everyone feels they give you less than other Taco Bell’s, seems like the owners are cutting back to save money & employees are enforcing it.
The worst Taco Bell EVER!!!! Although I have had a few other bad experiences at this location I wanted to give them another chance… tonight I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with extra meat. This is what I received!! Where is the meat???I tried to call to talk to a supervisor, after calling nine times I still did not get anyone to answer the phone. I am going to call corporate over this issue, it’s not the first time I have been skimped on my meal and I’m sick of it. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!!!!!
Normally I don’t have a problem with this Taco Bell. But….. when u pay 30 + dollars for food you expect food!! Both of my chicken bowls were lacking substance!! My nachos had more ingredients….. very disappointing!!
Not sure what this was but I know it wasn't supposed to be in my food
Sometimes you get very little meat in what you order but they are pretty good about getting your order correct.
Great food never have received an order messed up very nice staff
They have never gotten my order wrong and the food is always good. I’ve been to this location more than a dozen times.
Don't bother going to this taco bell location. You get more tortilla than stuff inside your burrito. If you order a cheese quesadilla, you better check it for chicken before you drive away. Actually don't drive away until you have ripped open the and checked your order. This location IS the WORST! Don't go here, try another location 10 minutes away if you really want Taco Bell.
HORRIBLE excuse for soft tacos EVER! It was all lettuce, sour cream, cheese and tomatoes to the brim, but literally a NICKLE'S (coin) size of meat! They were sloppily thrown together as well, it used to never be this bad.
