About all I can say is "EWWW". The drink station looked as if it hadn't been wiped down in days. Very sticky from end to end. More dirty tables than clean ones....some looked as bad as the drink station. No napkins (they handed us 2 wads of paper towels), no forks, sporks or spoons. No lids for large drinks at the drink station. And the food left a lot to be desired. I've never seen this particular Taco Bell so nasty.
I ordered online from app to be picked up at drive thru. They were out of some crucial, stapleingredients I needed for my items – lettuce & sour cream. I've read this is a chronic problem at this location. They told me to cancel it & reorder from another store. However, doing so would have cost me my daily free taco with the Taco Pass. (It was around midnight.) I gave them back a star, because after persisting, the manager gave me an IOU on my taco.
Loved the beautiful young lady at the window and who took my order her voice was very sweet! She had the most beautiful lashes and was very poised!Loved her!Food was great as usual!
What you call a crunchwrap with extra meat supreme crunchwrap but then extra meat and extra cheese sour cream lettuce tomato the fixings then what the heck did I get. Poor service for representation at the microphone and then just look what I have to deal with before I call them as they call this the crunchwrap when the inside is completely empty. I love the expression moving on after the picture saying done that means your place is like disgustingly done, and that location denied the name of the regional manager so therefore Faith information she was the one to talk to and yet Kingsport Taco Bell happily provided the name of the regional manager and if anyone else were to need it it is Melanie brookshire
So my boyfriends dad just went & got a couple of soft tacos from here. Get home my boyfriend opens up his taco & a FREAKING ROACH RUNS OUT OF IT! We tired calling to tell them but they still haven’t answered the phone. NEVER again will we be eating here. Check your food everyone!!

I ordered 2 steak soft taco supremes only to be told that this location is yet out of something again as per usual.Tonight it was no lettuce.So I said fine, thinking that maybe my tacos would be discounted.No such luck!Not only was I charged full price, but upon returning home, I discovered that they left off everything else but steak and cheese!I tried calling but no one would answer the phone.Simply ridiculous!
Horrible! Ordered a chicken chipotle melt add onion (I was up charged for the onions but I didn’t get them, barley any chicken on it as you can see in the photo) Also ordered a chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito (not pictured but it was cold as ice and only had one piece of chicken inside the burrito) Also ordered a chip with nacho cheese sauce (barley a teaspoon of nacho cheese sauce) this location is a complete rip off
It's not real Tex/Mex but still pretty good. Try the grilled cheese burrito.
Worst Taco Bell I've been to. Before you scroll away from this review, my gf works for a different location. Portion sizes are too small. Drinks are watered down. Service is slow (I just spent 35 minutes in the drive thru). This location feels like it's cutting corners everywhere they can, and some places they can't. It's as if they moved locations, and couldn't afford the move.
