Do yourself a favor and drive the extra way to another one. The drive thru at this location is the slowest drive thru. The last time I visited on the night of May 5, I waited in line 27 minutes before I even got to order. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the speaker I was told to wait. I waited another 10 minutes before the guy prompted me to order. Today, I decided to try again. Same scenario, 2 cars in line, no movement. I waited 5 minutes, when the line didn’t move I decided this is not the place for me ever again. When I drove past the line, I noticed there were no cars at the window. Both visits, the line starts at the speaker but there are no cars between the speaker and window. So, I concluded this place only waits on one car per 10 minutes. They do not consistently take orders from cars, only one car at a time with 10 minutes between. If they were not doing this, there would always be a car at the window, but there are never cars at the window. Only at the speaker and the line goes behind the car at the speaker. I’ll just take the extra time to go to another store from now on.

Disappointed in the whole experience. No cashier up front (sign suggesting you use the kiosk to order & pay, so that made it slow), then we literally had a 12 to 15 minute wait to get our food afterward. Other people in the lobby were waiting on food, too. Not sure if the drive thru got waited on quicker or not, but it was backed up as well.

They were very nice. The girl who was in the register was so sweet. I warned her that I was placing a large order and I apologize in advance. She was so nice about it and said that was fine as long as I wasn't rude. And I told her no worries on that from me. I placed my order paid my $60 and was waiting. I had to go back and place another order and we both had a giggle because I had to order my 2yr old a drink. (She seen the slushy on the menu board and was livid with me) the cashier was great.

I haven't been here in awhile. To say it was a food one is an understatement. I feel that they need to train employees better due to my experience. The young girl was on her first day. She preceded to carry her conversation with my brother in law while I was waiting to order. So I spoke up and she heard me as well as manager. The manager gave me a discount on my order due to the way she did. My advice to her and any new employee at restaurants don't always assume when a couple of people walk in together that the order is together. When greeting them ask if the order is together or separate. Hope they work on this issue in the future

This is the worst Taco Bell in the area. We came through tonight and we were missing food that was rang in correctly, they didn’t ring up part of our order correctly so that was wrong as well, our fault I guess for not catching that they rang up the wrong box.and even though we said no beans there was still a whole lot of beans on the burrito. I will not be back to this location anytime soon.

I walked into the lobby at 845pm, and had 2 female employees stare at me from behind the counter, never once saying a word. I stood there waiting to be helped, and after 3-4 minutes, a male walked up to tell me the lobby is closed. The store hours say you're open until 4am, the front doors were unlocked and a little open, and there were no signs anywhere stating that the lobby is closed. These employees are nothing but lazy, disrespectful people

I mean I know cooking a burrito can be such an arduous and competent task, but like how does something like this even get to the consumer?

The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is bc they always forget something & it's always the one thing you need the most! Fork, napkins, or straw! It's always busy & that's very normal, but if I'm waiting 10 mins to get to the speaker & I'm paying for it I'm don't want to go back in, wait at the window 5 mins after gettin my food to get napkins, fork, or something left out!

Like many restaurants, short handed. And out of several items .( Drinks and sauce ) Not enough staff to open the store. Drive thru onlySo please remember that when you go through the drive thru. The ones there SHOWED UP . And they ate tired, overworked, stressed, and not treated nicely. Food fresh and good. If you need a job... head down there. They need help.

This place is horrible. Everytime we go there they mess up our order. Not sometimes, Everytime. And then when you call or go back they are rude. Not to mention their lobby is always closed so they don't have to worry about lobby orders. Just drive through and can never get our order right. This is just pathetic. No excuse for this incompetence
