My toasted sandwich was cold
This is the worst subway around! Don’t waste your time or money. The two ladies working Tuesday Sept 7 around 1pm were so rude, seemed ungrateful to even have a job! I went and got food three different places. I won’t name the other two out of respect, they were fabulous! My third stop was subway. I asked for an extra straw before I placed my order (one had been left out) the rude lady at the register said “I can’t just give you a straw unless you buy something “ I wanted to be like “yeah that’s why I’m in line hun, to get a sub” but instead I told her she was rude and I will never be back, cancel my order that I hadn’t even had a chance to make yet (due to her attitude). The other lady was looking at her like just let her order. I couldn’t even finish speaking before she started ranting I had to buy something to get an extra straw. So I drove on down to Kingsport and spent $37.43 at that subway. MANAGEMENT get your employees to treat what remaining customers you do have!! Everyone in the store heard her and even had people come up to me outside in shock that I was spoke to that way, she didn’t apologize, and the fact she was down right rude as [email protected] me nor any of my family will be at this subway and yeah I have people in my family who are influential in this community! I’m still in shock.
Bread was pretty hard n veggies weren't that fresh.
Ferbbie is 10/10 the best worker at this location! But the manager is not really that great unfortunately, I loved the sandwich the way Ferbbie made it, but the manager rudely made her take off some of the cheese after she already put it on my sandwich assuming that I didn't want to pay for it...
Good food, good service!
Why don't subway no longer sell Roast Beef i wont go back to subway because of this

It's good in a pinch, but the meats are pressed meats where as Jersey Mike's are fresh sliced deli meats.
