Placed an order through the app on Jan 31,2022 paid $49 for food I never got my local store is located at 1708 E. Stone Dr Kingsport, TN store # 6804. I've called this restaurant several times since the 31st every time I call to speak to a manager he/she is NEVER available so i'm being told. After finding out that door dash is the one who was supposed to deliver my order I called them to get help they even tried calling the store only to be told there's no manager available .. Today 2/18/22 still nothing has been done , still no manager at the store when called now being told to wait till Monday because no one at the store has enough brains to take care of the problem unless their manager is holding their hand. Will not be getting anything else from that store unless I'm going in myself to pick it up. So at this point looks like someone had dinner at my expense NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!!!!!
This subway goes Above and beyond and friendly service. It was so packed today and the was Overwhelmed but they came through fast Friendly service… Thank you Young Lady that we’re there today
Employees are friendly, work fast and efficient, and store was clean. The owner of this location does not offer any discount to military or first responders. I love subway and eat there often and there are many locations that absolutely choose to support military and first responders. Those are the locations that I support.
The bread was very stale, I wasn’t complaining but I told them they probably needed to throw it out and start fresh before someone does complain. They didn’t seem very concerned and basically ignored me. They seemed to be really struggling with getting other costumes orders correct, several other people were complaining.
They only had three kinds of chips to pick from...fountain drinks was all out except water & diet drinks...had to use microwave since toaster oven was down...I will never eat here again

I understand that the world is understaffed...... however I have tried to eat at this subway twice within the past week and the doors are locked. It's lunch time and the doors are locked. There aren't any alternate hours posted, the hours posted on the door and website say you're open. I guess I'll stop trying and eat elsewhere.
Under staffed! The 1 employee had a big online order she was already filling when we arrived. She kindly stated she would be with us in a minute. She took our order but then the person showed up to get order,which she hadn't bagged yet. Plus a delivery man with our their product. She said I apologize but I have to bag her order. She then had another customer who had online order came so we patiently waited. I have to say she was very kind and apoligected. But she shouldn't have to be as they should have more staff in especially on delivery day. The food was tasted great & she made it just hiw we wanted.
