Everything was fresh and friendly staff
It would be an awesome location if someone would actually take your order. Not an employee in sight for over 10 minutes.
The lady working today 12/18/21 at 3:30 pm has a horrible attitude & horrible customer service. Refused to fix my order at all & we left very unhappy. Will not be eating here again when she is working!!!!
Held my delivery order for over and hour then canceled it
They have it listed online that they close at 10. I got there at 9 and was told they were closed.
I got the new steak and cheese sub, which has double meat, and when I got it the inside was cold. Even after I told them that I wanted my sub as hot as I could get it. She refused to heat it or do anything about it except make me another....cold one.... since they can't heat it thoroughly! BTW...I absolutely LOVE Subway but this was a bad experience!
Last time I place an online order here. Wrong Everytime and no one ever answers the phone.
Order online always something wrong got wrong sandwich last time and this time bc they did not have the correct dozen of cookies i wanted they added oatmeal raisin witch I do not like into my cookies making them all taste like oatmeal rasin
My husband is coming back to the store. Only 1 out of 3 sandwiches was right! He also said a person who knew one of the employees came there. The male employees started helping her while she filled her BoJangles cup with soda!!!!! He then moved our first sandwich off the grilling thing. That is probably why my sandwich was not toasted. But also it was missing cheese and on wrong bread. The chicken one was missing maranara sauce and the chicken tasted funky. Anyway I want a free coupon for a 6 inch sub and a 12 in sub. I will have my husband pick up.
