We ordered 2 Venti drinks, they were out of venti size which was totally fine, so we agreed to grande instead. When we received them one was in a very large cup and the other was in a tiny cup. So we asked the guy at the window why, his responded by saying he had several things going on at the same time and he didn't know. So we just took them. It was basically a milk frap with no coffee at all.
Coffee was absolutely terrible. It was bland.

Staff is always been pleasant to deal with, gets you thru the drive thru in sufficient time and always helpful! Gotta love the “Cranberry Bliss Bar” that they sell during the holiday season!
Absolutely love it here,,the drive thru is a little bit of a wait but the fresh coffee delicious blueberry scones and wonderful hospitality is worth the wait highly recommend.
The staff that was present during the first snow storm was amazing. They had to work out their own method to be able to keep all drinks made correctly and for the customers. I just felt like when we were going to all order five pink drinks their response stopped through the microphone and then the hesitation was then now since then I tried the dragon fruit and I like it. But def here my pink drink I got a week later
An employee came in and was chatting with others. The barista proceeded to skip all other orders and make his thus upsetting people that had been waiting a significant amount longer than myself. Multiple customers began to ask about their orders and complain at this time. The order was correct and fine but I did spend over 30 minutes from walking in to out. Not my finest visit.
The folks working here work very hard. They go as fast as they can. They are always so nice at the drive thru window. Also they have never messed up an order that I have had. Because of all this I give them 5 stars.
I come here a lot n most of the time i mobile order sometimes its ready but theres been times ive order n its took em 30 mins n plus they need to update their mobile app more often it will say their out of stuff but when u get there they are not n thats frustrating
Love you guys keep up the good work every time I come in town I come to your Starbucks and you guys have always been nice to me and I love your coffee
