Amazing and fast service! Today, placed a huge order for staff and not only were they super helpful and patient, but we received everything correctly and timely. The waitress even gave us an extra bag full of extra sauces and napkins. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
So I ordered two chili cheese dogs add onions add relish. I also ordered a chili cheese tots. Well the two chili cheese dogs had no chili nor cheese on it. I call the store after doordash drop my food off the manager Chad answered he was very rude. I explained to him what I ordered and what I received he didn't say anything and the next thing you know the lines disconnected. I am very disappointed in this location seeing I and my family have been eating here for years we were no longer continue to do business with this location anymore after this (EDIT) I talked to another manager I'm on my way to go I forgot her name but she is replacing my order so therefore my satisfaction has went up
Not been to many Sonics in my life. They're uncommon where I grew up. Nearest one being 50 miles away and I think we can all agree not worth the pilgrimage.I get the feeling that like most fast food you been to a Sonic then you can expect the same menu as any other. So this Sonic must be instead judged based on a scale of Sonics. Seeing as I have only ever been to 2 Sonics I have a very small sample size of the quality of the chain. So I can only speak to the food I had at this one store this one time. It was cheap and edible. About the best you can hope for from a cookie cutter fast food.
How wrong can an order go? Ask for tea with extra lemon- no extra lemon. Asked for a burger with lettuce and onion only and no cheese - got it with cheese and no onion. Ordered a hot dog as well little to no chili or onion. On top of that, nothing was hot. Hope you guys have a better day tomorrow. We will try you again later.

Great food and decent service. I typically order on the app and then check in when I arrive. Half price drinks all the time if you use the app.. great selection of food and I love their ice is my favorite.
Honest people! I had left my card there and I wasn’t even aware of it! The general manager used my name off the card to locate me on Facebook and contacted me! Going out of your way to do the right thing earns my 5 stars!
Used the sonic app and the food came out quickly. It was warm and fresh. Sometimes it can take a little while to get your food here but on days when they aren't too busy it is very quick.
Food taste horrible. Idk if it's poor quality of food they get or what. But horrible. Go anywhere else. Waste of money. . Maybe the franchise needs another food distributor or something. But. When you order 7 different foods. And end up throwing it all in the trash And going to another drive thru you know you hit the Wrong place. .
Fast friendly service... love sonic atmosphere...always a joy to pull up and dine at our local sonic east stone drive???
