Been going here for over 20 years , dined in and have used take out plenty times and even for lunch when I was working in the area - always fresh tasting, hotAlways consistently good foodI love the special sub , the steakLasagna another favorite - salads are very good , at one time had homemade dressings
We waited 45 minutes for spaghetti. There were very few customers in the restaurant at 3:30 p.m. to cause this wait.. Finally, I went to the counter and asked about our food. When we got the food, it was cold and we didn't eat it. The bill was $30 for 2 spaghetti and 2 small salads.
Ordered a supreme pizza different meats and onions. Waited 55 mins for it. My wife I sat down to eat the pizza. She open the box of pizza must have been minus the meat. Should have called it onion pizza. The calamari we ordered was good. Really disappointed been on the road for 6hrs.. Just moved to Kingsport what a waste. Won't get hood winked again. Moving on to another True Italian restaurant.
First time eating here tonight, The food was fantastic. Our server Caleb was awesome. He was very attentive to table. He filled my odd request of only having white sauce. Dinner was a great time tonight. Great food, and a cute waiter. Can't ask for more!!
They done curve side for me. I called other places… and they said no.
I have been here many times and have always had great service. The employees are friendly and do a great job. As far as the food goes, it can sometimes be hit or miss, but it’s always worth eating. The Pizza is great and is the best thing on the menu. The pastas, calzones, and other menu items are usually nice and hot and the portions are good. If possible, pick it up yourself or dine in. Sometimes the delivery apps are a little delayed and I’m sure that’s a reason for some of the complaints around the food not being nice and hot. Overall, this is one of the best spots to eat in Colonial Heights.
Ordered medium pizza with side salad for pickup. I was told 30/35 minutes. I get there & they are only 1 table with people . I only live 5 minutes away. I get home & pizza is COLD. So I'm gussing it sat on top of the oven about 15 minutes after I ordered it. They need to work on the times they tell people to pick up to go orders. Usually their pizza is delicious but not today. Very disappointed. Next pizza will be from a different restaurant.
I'm glad to report the pizza is always outstanding along with the staff. As far as all the people in other reviews complaining about the workers not wearing masks, I only have one thing to add: if you're so scared then please do not leave your house and if you have recently moved here then go back to where ever you came from. Also, uncle Joe recently said holding your breath for ten minutes straight will stop the spread....maybe you should try this out.
I had the shrimp & chicken marsala with anglehair pasta. My son had the stuffed shells and my wife had the peel and eat shrimp. We all enjoyed our supper!
Great food great service definitely be back! House vinegarette is amazing
