Very unpleasant experience. Several weeks ago, I placed a to go order and paid. Everything wasn't ready so they had to cook more, no problem, fresh is better right? When it was ready they put it all in the counter, turned their back on it and someone else grabbed it and took off.
I have had several good experiences here. Great employees make a difference! Very nice staff.
Either close your restaurant down completely or open it up. This drive through only BS is getting old and the reason i stop going all together.
I went to popeye's around 7 o'clock on Saturday and they were closed. Their customer service is terrible I will not go back. Go to KFC it's much better anyway and they're open
The coleslaw was old. Someone had took a bite of my husband's biscuit. It was nasty. First time eat there and our last time.
Finally tried their chicken sandwich. Does not even come close to Chick-fil-A. Chicken not even really hot & a big gob of mayo on one side. Was disappointing
Super friendly and accommodating, there was a super sweet lady who replaced my order because they didn't have what i had ordered and she also insisted i get a free pie, super duper sweet.
The employees are really nice plus the Manager Austin is a total people pleaser. He goes above and beyond to make a customer happy!
The chicken on the classic brioche bun was juicy inside yet crispy outside. Just perfection! Seasoned fries were fresh and hot. Great experience even with the issue of being short staffed.
Very tasty chicken nuggets and Cajun fries. Clean dining area.
