I have never left a poor review but this has to be mentioned When I entered the Pizza Plus located on Lynn Garden Dr I ask for a menu. Once the waitress found one she laid in front of me, told me to let her know when I was ready to order, and walked off. After finally getting her attention away from her cell phone I ordered my meal. My baked spaghetti was served to me in a bowl lined with aluminum foil. Yes, it was baked and served on top of aluminum foil. Needless to say I had a very hard time eating while trying to keep pieces of foil out of my spaghetti and out of my mouth. I stood at the register to pay and the same waitress advised me the other person would be here soon. I waited and waited and finally "my waitress" walked behind the counter and processed my payment. I am not going to discuss the poor condition the ladies room and I will not return to this business again. Very disappointed in this Pizza Plus location.
Had the lunch buffet and it was amazing, had them make California chicken and pepperoni and mushroom and it was all good, well worth the cost, would gladly do it again.
I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:09 they said it would be 25 mins I called back 3 times and spoke with the manager on duty who’s name was Lauren she was extremely rude all 3 times I called and even handed the phone to the lady that took my order saying she wasn’t talking to me . I asked her who the district manager was and she said she didn’t know who the district manager was to call and talk to the store manager Tina .. it’s very sad that a company doesn’t let all its managers know the corporate mangers in situations like this. I finally received my order at 9:54pm

Lynn Garden pizza plus has really gone downhill the last 4 yrs. Food doesn't taste well and noone seems to wear a uniform just street clothes so it's very unprofessional in my opnion.

This particular pizza plus had outstanding food. Their employees are hard working,and respectful. I especially enjoy the family type environment as you walk through the door.
I normally love Pizza Plus but the staff at this location is rude. Today I had a pizza that clearly had gotten cross contaminated with the sweet sauce they use for the dessert pizza and it just tasted terrible. When I called to tell them what had happened they told me to bring the pizza back and they'd make me a new one. The lady then asked how much we ate. I told her 4 different people had each grabbed a slice so 4 of the 10 slices were gone. She then got rude and said "well you ate half the pizza and want me to replace it, that doesn't make sense" well im sorry but usually people don't have a taste tester person to make sure the pizza is good before everyone digs in. So I just told her nevermind and have called a different store and am paying for a new pizza just because that lady at this location was so god awfully rude. I understand if one single person ate 4 slices and wanted a new pizza but we had 4 different people all grab slices as soon as I arrived home with the pizza.
Ordered delivery from this pizza plus and when it arrived the ranch for our salad was spilled all over the bag and had no lid on it. The two hoagies we had ordered had almost no meat on them. One of them had ONE slice of ham and the BLT had literal crumbs instead of bacon. When calling the restaurant to tell them about this they were argumentative and told us nothing could be done because the food had already been eaten. Finally they offered a $10 voucher after arguing with us about the state of our order.
Love this places pizza there the best just little slow at times but other than that foods great. Friendly staff
