Very rude over the phone. I had to call multiple times before talking to someone. I talked to someone about an add I seen on tv. He said yes they are doing it there than I got disconnected. After I called back 4 times from being hung up on. I talked to a lady and she said I had an order. I never placed an order. I asked her about the ad and she said they are not honoring it at their store. As I went on to tell her about what the guy said she hung up on me. She was also the manager at that store.I’ll take my business some where else.
Salad bar today was wonderful and glad to have it available again. Best salad bar around for pizza places.Great service, thank you Tyrone. Will be back
The pizza is exactly what you expect from pizza hut (I really like their pizza). We mostly went because their salad bar was open again after being discontinued due to covid regulations. However, the variety on the bar was lackluster, you paid per trip, and just 1 visit was rather expensive for what you got. If it were just that though, I wouldnt have been too put off. The reason for the low rating was the fact that the manager was fussing to/about his employees at a volume clearly audible in the dining area and there was lots of inappropriate language being used for a public business. Both my partner and I were feeling very uncomfortable due to this exchange. I suppose its possible we misunderstood the context but it went on for the majority of the time we were there and I cant imagine it was somehow joking banter. If I were being spoken to like that at work I would be finding new employment. I don't care if admonishment was warranted, people deserve to be treated with respect. Cussing out your employees is not okay. We have a lot of options for pizza in our area, and if we really are craving Pizza Hut we will have to support a different location. I cannot justify going back to this particular one after that experience.
Ownership or management has changed. Do not honor meanu deals that appear online. Raised delivery fee to $4.19, which is not a tip for the driver. So in addition to the increased price of pizza, you are paying delivery fee to Pizza Hut, tip to driver, and tax to the state. Really adds up!
Fast time on getting the pizza done and the friendly customer service when I picked it up. Thank you for having great smiles and warm welcome when I came in From your employees. It was my first time at this location and I will be back in the future. Can't wait for the lunch buffet to come back. When it does I'll be in more often.
Very expensive overpriced pizza should come with SUFFICIENT toppings. They put far less than what USED to come on the pizzas we ordered. 45 dollars for 2 pizzas is ridiculous especially for them to not come with their toppings. We picked up our order. The pizzas were bland warm and disappointing. They sat out a bit while we waited to pay. The price was too high. The building smelled dirty. 2 stars because the staff was kind.
When I get thin pizza I always ask for extra sauce. They put some extra towards middle but last 2 inches of pizza towards crust is always always completely dry! Every time
I put instructions into the box provided to communicate special instructions to Pizza Hut but it has been ignored or looked over multiple times. I am so tired of Pizza Hut because of this.
I placed an order on 1/19/22 at 8:58pm with an estimated delivery time of 9:30pm. I received a text message that my order was out for delivery at 9:45pm and I never received it. My money has been deducted from my bank account but my order wasn't even delivered. I'll be calling corporate to submit a formal complaint!
We used a Christmas gift card for Pizza Hut, hadn't been there in a good while. Pizza and bread sticks were awesome, our waiter was super nice , and food was extra good!
