The waitress was nice. I have a large family and she was getting confused on her order. So we went back over again and we fixed the issue and everything was fine. We got our food rather swiftly it was nice and hot she was very courteous and checked on us seeing if we need anything over all it was a great experience. We will return again soon.
Pizza was alright but my receipt, the amount I signed for etc was supposed to be $16 yet $19 was charged so I'm guessing someone took it upon themselves to tip themselves a little better which really disappoints me because that in turn caused me to overdraft so now when I get paid I have to pay $35 overdraft fee so I hope the few extra bucks stolen from me was worth that to the worker who did that. I'll never return to this store. This was my first and apparently last time using this location.
Pizza was not fully cooked. Toppings were pepperoni, mushrooms and red onion. Several slices had no toppings and if there were red onions, they were on one slice only. Slices were not uniform in size and not cut through all the way. Have had better from here.
We ordered the triple box and the pan meatball was supposed to be light sauce and there was so much sauce on it we could not eat it . Normally the food is great . We also have to do pickup because even though the store is only 4 miles from our home they will not deliver, don’t know why, but we love Pizza Hut and hate to see them all go away
Ordered a pizza and got the completely wrong order.15 minutes later I got home. Called to tell said them. Acted as if they didn’t believe me.No refund. No sorry we will do something to make it up to you?Customer service doesn’t exist here. An hour round trip and I get a snarky attitude asking if I want to check the pizza before I leave. You bet your sweet bippy I do.Eat pizza anywhere else.
Literally every single time I order from this location there's an issue. Either it takes almost 2 hours to get to me and arrives cold as stone, or the order itself is wrong somehow. Without fail. This time, I got a pizza with about a teaspoon of sauce. It's absurd they're still open if that's how they operate.
They don’t even deserve one star in my opinion. We ordered a pizza and the lady said it would be around 45 minutes I said that was fine. An hour and a half went by and no pizza! It never came! Very unprofessional!
The staff at this restaurant are some of the very best we have ever dealt with at any restaurant. The ladies are amazing, both at service and friendliness and consideration. Of course the food is always great as well.
Ordered online for pickup. It said order would be ready in 15 to 20 min. I arrived 17 min after ordering. Pizza was not hot, had very little sauce on it, and having owned a pizza restaurant I know it was an old pizza, not a fresh one. Ordered two cheese breadsticks and they were also not hot. Sauce cups were only filled 1/3 full. Overall, a bad experience that I won’t be repeating.
I forgot just HOW GOOD Pizza Hut is!! ?OMGoodness, we've actually gotten it twice for dinner this week! There are SO many things I can't wait to try there now. I've fallen in LOVE with Pizza Hut all over again! ?BUT WAIT....THERE'S MORE!!Whether you're walking in to order or calling your order in, I have NEVER had such well mannered upbeat employees to interact with. You can barely get that at fine dining restaurants...so sad. ? They're just to pish posh for ANY manners I guess.? Pizza Hut ?, you just keep being you, and THANKS A BUNCH for the wonderful staff! ?????????
