Large portions, good food, lots of optionsWomen’s room was ok; they only had 2 ladies working as hostess, waitress & busboy, so you had to wait a while. I felt bad for them. Obviously understaffed this visit- between 4&5 pm; We had the cheeseburger with onion rings, tangy BBQ cheeseburger with fries, and big country sunrise skillet (pictured).
Ordered the pork chops and they were the most tender I have ever eaten! Was a little slow being seated even though it was after the lunch rush and waitress was off the scene once we received our food. I kind of feel it was their break time after a busy lunch but regardless I would have liked a little extra to drink with my meal. Overall, food was really fresh and delicious!
Even though it was Mother's day, the staff was all over it. We didn't have to wait very long (except for the rude person who took our spot when our name was called, we were sitting outside because inside was packed) however, the hostess made it right and sat us right away when I went to see where we were at on the list (5 back). Some people.. However, the food was great, our waitress did great.
The food was great I had a turkey dinner and my friend had the classic pot roast dinner everything was excellent. The service was outstanding and the waitress was excellent.

This Perkins in Kingsport has the best staff I have seen in a very long time.I have a tumultuous relationship with my daughter. She agreed to meet me at Kingsport Perkins. It turned real ugly real fast. she screams at me and gets up and leaves me embarrassed with her plate of food she never touched. I was upset and had to get out I was so embarrassed. I go to pay for my meal and they would not allow it. They are like a second family to me. They are very very good to me and any and all people that come in that restaurant.

Turkey with dressing and sides. Really good to paired with a sweet tea. Recommended.
Met some friends for dinner. Waitress was attentive and friendly. She did a great job taking our orders and keeping our drinks refilled and managing a couple of our to-go orders.Food was tasty with a nice selection. Seems just a tad pricier than I was expecting but that is just the way of the world these days, I guess.
Great service beginning to end. Bathrooms and restaurant was very clean. Our server was great and we received our food very quickly. Kids had pancakes and I had shrimp, all meals were great! We will definitely be back.
