We order 2 pizzas which is $37 before I use my rewards bucks of $10. It says it will take 120 minutes for delivery. It took 3 hours and then when the delivery driver brings the pizza since it was leave at door almost left it at the wrong house. Had I not stepped on the porch then my pizza would have been left at the wrong house but not only that he only had 1 pizza. He said that they only gave him 1 pizza. He went back to get the other one. I called and they said yeah I see the other one under the warmer. Needless to say we will not be ordering delivery from Papa John's again. Poor customer!
I've order several pizzas and not one has been correct. I always order half cheese (kids) and ther other half with certain toppings. The toppings are always overlapping (one time it had one cheese slice!). Pieces are never cut and have to do it myself. Aftet today's visit, I had enough. There are other pizza places in town that are worthy of your money and can get orders correct.
04 01 22 we ordered 2 pizzas and drove to pickup. when we arrived they turned box away from me and said oops we have a broke garlic butter. they took pizza and placed in a new box and put in a new garlic butter. We drove home and when we arrived we opened pizza and the one the fixed had a soggy corner, so we opened the other one and it looked like they threw it one way then another. Picture enclosed. I called them and the girl that fixed first one said sorry and I must have dropped it on way home, also could have been thrown from seat, which made me angry. She then asked if i want a manager, yes I said. He said what did I want. I repeated story. he was rude and short with me and said "and?". I asked what he meant and he said well since I couldn't prove it was damaged to drive it back and they would look at it and then i could wait while they make another. I said I was 20 minutes away and did not want to spend $10 in gas and an hour and a half more time for a $10 pizza. I was only wanting a sincere apology or maybe some discount on a future purchase. I told him since he didn't want to help or admit a mistake I would go on Facebook and google and write this story. To customers out there, I recommend doing business with places who still believe the customer is important and take pride in there work. I ended up with a 1/4 soggy pizza and one pre chewed. PS the one damaged one was cut with 3 humongous slices and 3 or 4 baby slices instead of even triangles. Thanks Papa John for hiring such competent people with good manners.

My wife left a review of this place and our experience was so bad that I am going to leave one too. Ordered via the Papa Johns app with an estimated delivery time of 37 minutes. The store location is less than 10 minutes from our house and the app said it was “out for delivery” for over an hour and a half. After 2 hours of waiting, my wife decided to call the store to get an update. Manager answered the phone and was incredibly rude to her when she was simply inquiring about the status of our order. He used the excuse of lack of delivery drivers, which is fine. I get it. Pandemic and all. But at least offer something to make things right for the customer like a credit of some kind. The manager didn’t even apologize and only offered to cancel the order which would be pointless since we already waited so long. Once we ACTUALLY GOT the order, it was WRONG. Paid extra for sauces and they were NOT there. The pizza itself was COLD and the crust was BURNT. Hey manager, if you’re reading this MAYBE consider being more polite to your courteous, patient people who put up with your incompetence and quietly waited for 2 hours for your burnt pizza instead of being rude. Corporate is refunding our money that you refused to do. Get bent.
I ordered a pizza last night. When I got it I was shorted the two garlic cups I paid for and the crust flavor wasn't on there either. Then, when I got the pizza it was like it had sat out instead of being kept warm while I was on my way to get it. Overall a bad experience last night in the aspects of food quality and order accuracy.
Ordered one pizza and cheese sticks for delivery a week ago at two hours before close. Was given one and half hour wait before arrival. After two and half hours the store canceled my order without notice.Tried again for pickup a few nights ago, same time frame. I was given two hour wait time, then ordered canceled again without reason. I'll order from Fox's Den from now. Got it in 20 minutes after I ordered.

We normally use the Papa John’s app. We’ve had a few issues with orders but nothing like this. We had a gift card for Grub Hub. We placed the order and were told pickup at 6:50. Got there and store was chaos. People everywhere. I gave name to 2 different people to check if ready for pickup or to confirm they had order. They then wandered away to stack boxes or wait on others. Waited 40 minutes, no order, never even a confirmation as to whether or not they had the order. People were cancelling and one lady walked out, said she would dispute with her credit card company. Two orders had to be remade they had sat so long even though the customer was INTHE STORE! I contacted Grub Hub and they refunded gift card after advising they got no response from restaurant. Just horrible service.
