staff was very nice. I do however recommend that employees understand the difference between basil and parsley as yes , it does change the taste of whatever you're eating... of yall were out , you could have told me instead of hoping I'm stupid ? anyway, the staff was indeed super nice.

I placed a catering order at 8am and was able to pick it up within an hour (less than the quoted time). Casey did an amazing job at getting the order ready and out for me! I cannot express how much this meant to me as I was traveling for work and needed the order ASAP. I highly recommend this location! Casey was super sweet and helpful!

To start off I wanna say I am pleasantly surprised. I hadn’t realized Panera sold breakfast items. I usually go through Starbucks but they were pretty much sold out of all my regular go to orders today. I decided to search and ended up finding that they do in fact have a breakfast menu. My order for today consisted of a chocolate croissant which was awesome by the way. A Madagascar vanilla cream cold brew with almond milk and caramel syrup added in. It tasted amazing and I’m very picky when it comes to my ice coffees so that’s pretty high praise coming from me. The only reason I have 4 stars today is because of the breakfast sandwich I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on Ciabatta. The bacon was great as were the eggs and bread. My only issue is the cheese, it was very very chewy and didn’t taste too good. I ended up just pulling the cheese off and it tasted much better. For future reference I know to order my sandwiches without cheese haha. Overall very good breakfast options and awesome coffee. The service was terrific as well. I’ll definitely go back to try more items. So if you’re looking to try a new breakfast spot this is a really great option.

I've been a daily customer of Panera Bread for many years. During the initial COVID lockdown I was one of a handful of customers who continued dining in. Panera, like many food service operations has adjusted its priorities and logistics (because of COVID). Curbside pickup and catering are two examples. All good ... except that it has come to the expense of those like me who dine in. Clearly, we are now the lowest priority. Today was my personal breaking point. The Johnson City Panera Bread, and now the Kingsport operation are two places I will not return. Too bad, the food is fresh and healthy. As alternatives, for Johnson City I recommend Wheeler's Bagels. For Kingsport, I am now searching.

The soup bowls are always the best goto when you want a quick delicious meal. The speed of service was prompt and staff was very courteous.

If I could leave a zero I would. Tried to use the app and it wouldn’t work. Called the store was put on hold for over 10 minutes, then a dude named Malcom tried to take my order. I read everything word for word like it was in the app. Had to repeat everything 5 times, paid. Then he calls me back to say credit card didn’t work and would have to go in to pay. He never put my order in and told the cooks cause he remember. Sandwich was not right and if I would have ate it I would have been in hospital. Please be careful when eating here, you might die

I ordered the turkey, bacon and avacodo on rustic bread. It was basically tasteless. Also asked for my bread to be toasted and for some reason only 1 piece was. Got a fruit cup for my side and a tea It was almost $20!Definitely not worth the price. Someday I may try it again and get a salad.

I ordered a sandwich and salad combo. The sandwich was lacking in ingredients.....

We ordered curbside last week. Order was ready quickly and everything was delicious. I was surprised at the size of the pizzas. Two kids could definitely share. We will definitely have the BBQ salad again!

placed a pickup order, and not only was it late despite placing the order 30 minutes early, but they left out half of the food on a $40 order. thanks guys
