I rarely go to Panda because I’m always disappointed in the Bristol location, but I was Kingsport and starving so decided to go for some beef and broccoli with brown rice. After going through drive thru I parked to eat and realized I hardly had any beef. So I went inside and cashier informed me it’s 80% broccoli and 20% beef, although I probably didn’t even get 10% beef. Instead of just leaving it at that she let pick another entree and gave me a whole new bowl. Was just a very pleasant experience and no trouble.
Discontinued the Rangoon, lost me as a customer. Everything else is just blah and I can't get better quality food somewhere else. Also, why would you have the cook wear a mask if he doesn't even use it to cover his mouth or nose?
The last few times I have been their ,they have not had white rice,I am tired of going and they not having what I like!!
Staff is really fast here, orders are always correct and like the food.
I always get good service at this location. The food is great. I like the menu. The staff is always friendly and are good to answer questions and make recommendations on sauces and things if I need help.
Food is good but the serving size compared to all the others Panda I've been to lands short! Talk about stingy lol.

First time ever having Panda express, and we are in love. My girlfriend and I each got a 'plate' (2 entrées and a side, basically a 'medium' size), which cost each of us less than 10 dollars. By the time we were both stuffed, we each had more than half of our meals leftover. Everything on our plates was delicious as well, and the service here was 10/10. We'll definitely be coming back.
