This was the first time trying Pal's. It was fast and fantastic. I will be going back for sure. This is my new favorite place. We have noticed a line around the block every time we drive past them now. They are very fast so the long line is not a big deal at all. It just proves how good they are. The price was perfect for the delicious food I got. If I could give more star's I would.
Service was good. I just dont like their food. At all.
Excellent & reasonably priced food. Have not heard of this place until I made a trip to Colonial Heights, TN. Will definitely go here again if in the area. Wish they were in my area.
Burger King / McDonalds, lame. Wendy’s, never heard of her. Go out and get you some real Pals. This place is amazing. Friendly staff, quick service, and amazing food. Happened to stop on my way from PA to TX and would recommend this place to everyone as the best quick food stop around.-chicken sandwich add bacon-

If you visit East Tennessee, you have to try Pal's. Sauce burger, frenchy fry, chipped ham, chocolate shake and sweet tea are my go tos.
This place is really good. It was my first time here. And the people are super friendly. And the food is great.
My kids have had Pals almost everyday not everyday but like 3 times a week for their whole lives , i have definitely spent my annual salary there in the past 15 years , so i have nothing bad i can say, they spoil us there, because we order the frenchie fries with extra heat which makes them stay hot til u get home with the food, i must say its pretty darn good , i started that about 10 years ago cause by the time we got home with the food it would be chilly and the fries would be soggy almost. So i thought i wonder what if we ordered the fries well done , and we did and it worked perfectly. And to boot, my kids especially my son , Loves pals so much, his 11th bday cake was a pals sudden service cake ? no kiddin. So yeah thanks pals , if you need some promoters we are your crew ! Thanks for being a great place in our home town and the Tri Cities area.
It's a staple of east TN and the locals love it. I think it's very okay but to each their own.
A great place to eat, only wish they had gluten free options for the buns. Please get gluten free bread for those with allergies.
