There is nothing sudden about this service, talk about a group of people that can not work together, no straws and you wait until they are done with their stories about New York. This store must take all the employees that could not make it at other stores or it’s horrible management.
Always great service and great food for the money. I love great tea , both unsweetened tea for my wife and I , and sweet tea for the rest of the gang.
Pal's is ALWAYS AMAZING!!It cracks me up that they don't even have screens to look at, and can STILL get your order correct every time! These other restaurants need to take a note!!BRAVO PAL'S & ALL EMPLOYEES!...Except the few and far between unfriendly faces at the window that look like someone pulled them in there to work off the street, and forgot that THEY actually applied for that job...?THOSE unfriendly faces need to be elsewhere, other than working with the direct faces of public.I understand that all of us have a bad day here and there, but you leave home at home, and work at work. If you can't do that, then you need a job that doesn't work with the public...??♀️

Amazing food that I miss because I now live in California but it was the first restaurant we stopped at when we came home for the holidays. Sauceburger with cheese and extra sauce and frenchie fry and I always ask for a cup of extra sauce to dip my fries in. Wished we had 1 in California where I live.

Unfortunately people working the window seemed somewhat putoff by my order which was 3 sauce burgers and a large fry. I was thinking maybe they were short staffed as alot of places are these days or some tragedy had occurred. However when paying for my food I noticed a lot people standing around talking and cutting up and I felt like I was intruding on their conversation. Definitely will not be back. Seems like from my experience that the only Pal's locations that really embrace customer service and hospitality are the Lyn Garden, downtown and fort Henry locations the rest are just like the same old , same old rude entitled people who don't care.
I haven't had Pals since 1993. I was back in town two weeks ago and when I left the airport I went straight to pals. I've thought about this place over the years. I hate mayonnaise and this is the only FOOD let a lone burger I'll eat with mayo on it. This is one of the best hamburgers I've ever had. Folks fortunately enough to live in the area have a great thing going. If I could bring it to Arizona with me I would in a heartbeat keep doing what you're doing, cause you're doing it right
