Pal's is the best fast food ever, and we look forward to eating there any time we're in town. This was our first time eating at this location, and when we got to our hotel and opened our food, we realized they'd gotten our order wrong. They added cheese to both burgers even though we asked for cheese on one and specifically said no cheese on the other. Food was still nice and hot and fresh and the servers were friendly. We'll probably go to the one downtown that we usually go to in the future even if it means driving a little further because they've never messed up our order.

First time eating at PALS. Was recommended by a teenager, at a collegiate swim meet. Extremely friendly staff. Lots of people working. Food was ready very quickly. Hambcooked to perfection and hot. Even the bun was hot. Fries were hot and salty, like I like them. Burger did not fall apart as you ate it. Not messy. Definitely on our FAVORITES list.

My food is always fast with exceptional service. I absolutely love Pal's and it might be the best benefit of our move here.

Stopped here to eat on our way to VA and as usual, great staff and food!! We love the new meatball sandwich!! We highly recommend this location to all ages!

Good service and got the order I asked for.

Always a line but they go fast best tea and cheddar rounds

Good burgers, FANTASTIC FRIES! Beats the fries from any of the major burger makers hands down. Nice peices too! Can't wait to go back!

Pals is fast and tasty. Great Frenchy Fries, and the milk shakes are delicious. We enjoy all their sandwiches, and Pals tea is great!

Since Pal Barger's passing, I have noticed a sharp decline in service quality, food quality and cleanliness at the Kingsport locations. The iconic yellow straws have been replaced with skinny substitutes. People all over the tri-cities could recognize the Pal's straws. I got sweet tea instead of plain tea 3 times one day from the Lynn Garden Dr. location and they finally realized someone had put the sweet tea in the wrong container. It has gone downhill and it's sad to say, but they have lost me and my husband as customers. If I want bad food, bad service and generic branding, I can get it cheaper elsewhere.

I loved the hot dogs and burger.. I am from KY and had never ate at a Pal's.. We loved it and will definitely eat there again when we get back to TN.
