We have never had such service as we got today. We were seated and the writer didn't even know we were there. He finally got our drink order after we sat there for 25 minutes. Then he got them all mixed up. We didn't think he was ever coming back to take our food order. It took 30 minutes just for the salad to be served. In the meantime several tables that came in after us had been served everything they ordered. It's going to be a long while before we go back. The servers need training. On top of all that it cost us 117.00.
Each visit to Olive Garden is a little more disappointing than the previous visit. They have pared down the menu so none of my favorite dishes are available any longer. The salad on this visit had several pieces of absolutely rotten lettuce in it. And I ordered the steak since none of my pasta favorites are on the menu now and the expensive steak was grizzly. So multiple disappointments on a single visit. My friend wanted to go there for her birthday. So I was stuck.This restaurant needs to review its menu and quality. The service was great. The food was a disappointment...again.
Recently gave my daughter a $50 gift card for anniversary. She and her husband came to eat and were very disappointed. They love Olive Garden, one of their favorite places to eat.They were waiting for their meal and had began to eat bread sticks. 3 of their bread sticks had very obvious mold on the back side, which they discovered upon turning them over...it was not on the front side.They showed their waiter, who in turn brought the manager over. He told them "sorry, this should never happen". That was it!No offer to give them another meal, a discount or anything, just "sorry about that".They were very disappointed, and probably won't be back.
Amazing as always, I should've posted the pic before I devoured it but it was perfect, hope you get served by Montana, you can tell she's a committed worker as she always checks to make sure you're satisfied and does it all with a smile on her face, hope she is our waitress next time we are in the area! Thank you so much!

waitress told me and my friends to stop acting like 12 year olds, when waitress came to take our orders she was very disrespectful, never came to refill our drinks or check on us. it was a special accession and was just trying to enjoy our night. didn’t get her name but will not be returning back to this location
We had a great dining experience. The food was fresh and hot. The waitress, Brandi brought us fresh hot bread sticks as soon as they got cold! She also put fresh cheese in our salad and chicken alfredo. She was very attentive and offered us a bottle of wine for 15.00. One of the best waitresses we have had!
Great food!! Love the endless refills on soup and salad. Lunch (Monday through Friday 11:00 till 3:00) was a really great deal!! Restaurant staff was super friendly! Food was fresh and order was correct. Restaurant was clean. This is our favorite chain Italian!!
