The only thing redeemable about this experience was my server Todd, he was absolutely wonderful and an exceptional server. I hope he goes to a better place. Now the food: The potato soup was just cheap cheese and almost no sign of anything else, my coleslaw was literally frozen, the spinach dip was bland and not cheesy enough. My salad had way too much dressing but he did offer to get me a new one. Overall it just feels like they are serving bland uncared for food.
Hungry? Then avoid going here right now... as they've fallen off a cliff compared to the O'Charley's of just a few years ago.My chicken tenders were WAY overcooked and completely inedible. The catfish was raw on half of each piece, because clearly one side was never submerged in the fryer and it wasn't flipped. The shrimp were also not quite done. None of that mattered though, because the fryer oil obviously has not been changed in days. (I worked in places like this for over 10 years, and that taste is unmistakable.) What exactly are y'all doing over there??? Whatever it is, it's definitely not cooking...But that's not all: The rolls were cold and stale. The butter and sour cream for the baked potato were both crammed into the same plastic ramekin, melted together into some sort of foamy mess by the time I got it home. The steamed broccoli was cold and nearly raw. An entire disaster, all in one order.But... the absolute worst part, and the reason I felt motivated to come write this review: Why did you all change the spicy jack cheese wedges?! Congrats on ruining a tasty, unique app by turning it into mediocrity... now they're just like every other trash chain's fried mozzarella, except they're triangles instead of sticks. *slow claps*Are y'all ok over there? Or is your company just on autopilot at this point, taking folks' money while providing the bare minimum? Have you tried paying your employees enough to where they actually care about what they're doing? (Can't do that? Then shut your doors, like you've done elsewhere... and go away.)
Ordered take out, ordered chicken tenders got my food home it was like the tenders was fried 2 or 3 times the rolls were so hard you couldn't eat them. so I called and talked to the manager they fixed me new tenders and rolls went back the rolls were good but they gave me 4 small ( I mean small ) tenders and they still were not like O'Charley's used to be, but my dog liked them I will order from Cheddars next time
Ordered delivery. lettuce in the salad was old/brown on almost all pieces, steak did not taste fresh at all :-( Definitely not worth paying the $24!!!!
It was awesome. I had the 12 oz. Sirloin and my wife got the surf and turf and my kids got chicken of course lol. The food was awesome. The service was unbeatable. I ordered a Michelob ultra tall boy and they made one extra and gave it to me for free. The waitress was very nice and very very helpful. My wife left her phone by accident and we had to go back and pick it up. They knew exactly who left it and put it up until we got back to get it. Just all around awesome place. Go check it out.
A very disappointing lunch. My wife had the soup and sandwich special. Potato soup was Luke warm and baguette was crusty hard to where it was inedible. I ordered the chop steak ask for no onions but of course it arrived with onions. Manager replaced it. Smashed potatoes and gravy were also like warm. No quality control in the kitchen. Food is required to be held at 140 degrees. They are not adhering to that requirement.
First time my husband had been to an O'Charley's was last September... service and food was great! Today... far from it. Waitress yelled like everyone was hard of hearing. My husband's order was not correct, only thing waitress could say was "I didn't hear that". Manager took the plate to fix it. My bread on my sandwich... STALE!!! Rock hard stale. Soup barely room temperature. Complimentary bread rolls... half were okay the rest stale and hard. The waitress was curt; not a thank you, how was everything... nothing. Very poor attitude. Highly disappointed this time around. We definitely won't be back.
I went here a few weeks ago with my sister and her kids. It was our first time going out in awhile due to Covid so we were pretty excited. We were seated almost immediately but that’s not the problem. The problem was the service and the food. Our waiter didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and made no attempt to seem interested at all in serving us. There was no music so the only thing we heard was people talking and the atmosphere sucked. I also noticed that no one had a proper uniform on? I almost couldn’t tell if they worked there or not. Fine, whatever. We ordered and I got the potato soup and pasta. The soup barely had any potatoes in it and the pasta was plain and not good. My sister also got the pasta but guess what? We couldn’t eat it until almost 15 minutes later when our “waiter” finally acknowledged that we asked for silverware when he set the plates down. He looked at us like we were lying about not getting silverware? My sister also informed me that he had rolled his eyes because we asked twice for silverware! Like really? Do you want me to eat with my hands? Not only that but he only had two other tables and seemed like he was chilling in the back for a large amount of time. I paid almost $60 for food that was below average and service that was terrible in all regards. Honestly, if it wasn’t illegal, I wouldn’t have paid and left. I highly do not recommend O’Charley’s unless you want to be highly disappointed and a waste of time.
Me and my boyfriend came here and we waited almost 25 minutes for our food to come out and when it did come out, our food was cold. We asked for spinach dip TWICE and our server was very forgetful. We had to tell him to refill our drinks too. He kept giving service to other tables MULTIPLE times around us and completely forgot about us. I have always received good service here but this was ridiculous!!
Very busy at 4pm, but had very good service. The only issue was my wife's stake was under cooked. She sent it back, they still didn't get it as done as she wanted, but she ate it anyway
