Our whole family loves Motos. The food is always outstanding and service is great. There's always plenty of food for the price. All 3 locations that we've visited have been fantastic.

I have been a long time customer of this location and really enjoy the service/staff but when I show up last week I’m told that mushrooms no longer come with meals?! My biggest issue with this is that the original meal price hasn’t changed to reflect no mushrooms and you charged me $2 extra to add mushrooms. Everyone in the restaurant was just as confused as I was when we where all told that you “changed due to a mushroom shortage” even if this is the case no other restaurant in this area has done this and you should adjust your pricing of your original meal. No fault of the service staff but management seems to be lacking by reading other reviews.
Open your lobby so people can also come inside to pick up their orders. Huge traffic jam in the parking lot extending into Lacaretta’s parking lot. The drive through line moves way too slow to only serve to go orders that way.
Why close at 8:10 on a Saturday? Called at 7 and said they were closed. If you’re closed then why answer the phone. Makes sense why they’re getting out sold by Sakura. Horrible work ethic.
This place is amazing! I usually never really liked Japanese food but this place changed my mind! So very good!!
Moto's is always a good choice but if you have the option go to Johnson City one. Their food has a ton more favor and the serving size is huge!!

I ordered sesame chicken, soup and salad. 10/06/2021.Got it home the soup was a brownish color and loaded with oil. The chicken had a strange taste. Won't go back to Colonial heights one.
