It wasn’t the fastest service but it’s not their fault people don’t want to work. Food was great though! I never have a problem when going to this location at night!
I like McDonald’s breakfast but this location runs out of Diet Coke like every tired busiest visit so I have to cancel my order and go else where.If you run out all the time, you know you’re going to sell it just order extra.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and they just gave me a cheeseburger with a few tiny toppings in the quarter pounder box. Not what I ordered and not what I paid for. Ridiculous
Asked for no whip cream and extra caramel, I was charged for the extra caramel, but apparently they can’t even fill the cup if you don’t like whip cream! Food was cold, employees are awful! Rude, look high all the time and could careless about what they put in the bag! Definitely DO NOT recommend
Did not get what I ordered but the food was good.I ordered 2 McDoubles with extra pickles and received 2 hamburgers with extra pickles. The blueberry cream pies I also ordered were cold.
Literally the WORST McDonald's in Kingsport. Doesn't even deserve a star. There's ALWAYS something wrong with your order when you go.
Worst experience at a McDonald's I've had. Waited in drive through line for over 20 min, only 1 window open, employees just standing around inside doing nothing, got my food, everything on my order was cold, very cold... so sad.. I'm very disappointed
This McDonald's as well something always wrong. But yet I always go back. They have the McDonald's app but their digital reader is down. Or I told them while taking my order I had the coupon. I get to the window dude already has my total tells me it's too late. It was a $4 difference. I have a problem with that. He was a mgr. He says oops too late. Yeah I'm McDonald's needs to be shut down ?
Ordered from the drive thru and when I got home looked in the happy meal box I ordered chicken nuggets and apples. Well I got apples and a couple of fries. I'm done with this location this is the second time they messed up my order. If I could give a negative star I would.
Here in Allendale. They seem to have hired some new workers, hopefully they won't be short staffed anymore. Our order was correct and nothing missing.
