Worse experience at the McDonald's I go to the most. Was at drive thru mic at 10:20 am. Ordered sausage burrito employee said we're not serving burritos. I ordered other biscuit. I then asked for 4 nuggets was told no we're not serving those until 11. I asked to be charged for bag of ice I forgot was told again no, we're low on ice. Oh and the normal friendly employees we're working
I don't know if it's me or what, but every Mcds I town screws up at least one aspect of my order, whether it's no sauce w/ my son's nuggets or no straws with my drink - it's always "something" .. but this Mcds takes took too honor when it extra sauced my beloved McRib, when I ask for light sauce- ruined me on McRibs, probably for life. Thanks.
I hate to leave this type of review but I did a mobile order and I was there for 45 mins and had to get back to work before I was late and never got my McRib meal and then I noticed my order wasn’t on my phone anymore which I never received my meal in the first place so I had to go inside and order another one of those so I could get back to work
Quick service! Mostly friendly staff! Clean restaurant! This McDonald's has better food than most of the other stores in the area! I would recommend choosing this store over the other McDonald's in Kingsport they have it together ❤
I’d like to know why you “aren’t allowed” to serve ice cream or milkshakes after 7 pm. I was actually told that tonight. You don’t close until 12 right? So for 5 out of 20 hours a day or 25% of the time you can’t serve shakes/ice cream?! And do not tell me it’s to “clean the machine!” How long does it take to clean? You are closed for 4 hours and it can be cleaned then.
Pretty Fast service, the staff were very friendly and polite I specified a double bacon burger so it wouldn't have cheese, it came with cheese and another employee replaced it for another without cheese, unnecessary I would've paid but she was super polite and understanding, I understand as well if you order something say no cheese if you don't want cheese. McChicken was good, hot, and tasted fresh. I even got to sit inside and enjoy my meal. Where I'm from MacDonalds isn't half as good as this. Keep up the great work!
I don't give out alot of 5 stars but this McDonalds!! Whomever was working tonight 12/21/21 around 10:40 PM, did absolutely amazing. This was the best burger, fries and Coke I have had from a McDonald's in a long time. The patty was cooked a perfect medium rare with a perfect pink center and not a grey greasy burger. The bun was warm, soft soft and fluffy and the toppings were on point. The fries were cooked perfectly and not over or under salted and the Coke was fresh. Thank you!
I refuse to eat here! The last 7--yes 7--times we came thru, the ice cream machine was broken or being cleaned!-- at 6 to 8 in the evening! Maybe you should do that when you close, or make a sign THAT CAN BE SEEN stating that ice cream products are not sold the last hour that you're open.Youd lose a lot less business then because people already know what is going on.
This location had quick, fresh food with friendly service.At Lynn Garden I was 25 minutes in line at the drive-thru.
I don't go to any McDonald's much. And seeing the small amount of food the the huge amount of money I spent and the fries were hard as a rock. I see why I don't like McDonald's
