Ugh. This place has messed up our orders plenty but I always give it the benefit of the doubt. Lots of orders. Busy place. I get it.... but tonight was the icing on the cake. I truly believe this was no "accident"Stopped by to get my grand a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. And a plain cheese burger. Ordered in drive through. Paid. Was told to pull up to spot one and wait.Waited over trn minutes and finally someone brought a bag of food out to us. A big Mac and ten piece chicken nugget. No happy meal. We are honest people so we took it back inside. And they switched it out for us no problem.Got home and really regretted doing the right thing, as far as returning the other food...once we opened the Happy meal.Cold fries and two chicken nuggets that were fused into one brick hard substance. Thank goodness we ordered the cheeseburger on the side or else her dinner would have been completely ruined..
This location has real issues employees are young kids that just want money they have no work ethic or morals This location on multiple occasions has either messed up the entire order or have given apple pies that have expired with the stickers <2hrs and cold.. leave out condiments requested no napkins or eating utensils in mornings with breakfast foods. Call to speak to manager on duty and get hung up on. Employee get attitude and bold face lie about the order and have no clue when asked to repeat what you just told them. Like if you can’t get your employees under control re train them or let them go. Hire ppl who want to work and have work ethics and care about the company or don’t hire kids period or have management bag the food like PALS SUDDEN SERVICE
This McDonald’s is the closest to my house and that’s the only reason I even go there today I stopped to get my daughter a 10 piece nugget meal with no one in front of me I still had to wait almost 20 mins on my food you could tell they were short staffed and everyone was working but they was not organized at all but I never get good service there mostly it’s some teenage girl in the drivethru that doesn’t want to be there that I have to deal with but I have three stars cause they were actually working and trying but lots of room for improvement but it’s hard when 80% of workers are in high schools still
Ordered a quarter pounder which is supposed to be different meat than the McDoubles. This is what I was given… along with a worker who was on her phone and didn’t say a word while I was paying. Not only the wrong patty, but dry and burnt. Absolutely disgusting. This location has always been low quality.
Customer service was good. Every table was dirty. They were very busy with the drive thru.
Have always loved their food. Had a free McDouble - delicious.
I gave 3 stars because simple fact I know how hard it is to do a big order. We stopped in to get a late quick birthday diner. Something quick and simple, before cake. We ordered 5 (20 piece chicken Nuggets) and I had code for free cheeseburger. First woman screwes up order puts in big Mac and fry, get that fixed We give the order and tell we want ranch with the Nuggets. Get to the next window the guy there says it be 8 min wait we say that's fine we understand. Then he goes next time your going order like that call first, then slams the window shut. Um, I'm sorry but we just decided this and I thought that was the whole ideal of fast food. We wait 15 mins they bring the food out and it's not all hot some of us just warm and theres a bag of sauces but there all brq sauce. So had go back in and fix it. I haven't ate it but I'm hoping it was better than the experience.
Could be five star but they can never hear your drive thru order until about the third time but clean and friendly
It's McDonald's, you know what you're getting. My go-to is the 2 cheeseburger meal and throw the bottom buns out to make a double. It works.
Good service. Good rules in place to help with the pandemic. Great for a quick family lunch.Food not recommended for the chronically ill though. My intestines do not agree with my 5 star review xD
