Where is my sesame seed bun??
They closed from 1a.m.-2a.m which wouldn't have been a big deal but we waited that entire hour and when we finally got through and got 2 20 piece nuggets they tasted like rubber (they told us they were being dropped fresh may have to wait). Me and my husband are very patient but to be told they are fresh and come out tasting like they were under a heat lamp that entire hour was kind of disappointing. But the customer service was great and they were timely otherwise.
Drive thru was a decent experience. Went in and it smelled awful. The front counter lady was more interested in visiting with friend and we stood there for 15 min waiting to be served, while she chatted. She was kind though and helpful. The tea tasted burnt, and their tea dispensers were gross and broken, with a zip ties metal thing of the plastic. I won't come back due to cleanliness.
When I order a Big Mac with extra sauce on the side that is how I eat it . It would be different if this McDonald's didn't mess up almost every time we have ordered their but they do I live in Blountville so i back back and told them that I can not eat do to that they will not help me at all in fact the manager I talked to said learn to eat it without the extra sauce.. it's $4.59 plus .50 for the sauce now that is money I spent for no reason I want my money back and again if this was a 1 or 2 times issue so what but it's not the employees are incompetent especially the overnight crew , I will not stop until this is resolved
It's okay. They still have the Big Mac bundles and stuff which is awesome because the one closest to me doesn't have it anymore. Also! I was thrilled to see an indoor play area. As they were taken out due to covid or not aligning with the family agenda that McDonald's had back in the 80s. Brings back memories from when I was a kid and I hope the youth can enjoy it too and take a break from their phones.
I took my son to this McDonald's today because it is one of the only places with a play center. I ordered our food from the kiosk instead of at the counter due to a line. I placed the order took the table number and sat down. Thirty five minutes went by and no food. I asked the girl at the counter and they did nothing. I left without a refund and am currently eating at Burger King. Mcdonalds you can do better.
We were missing all of our fries in our large order plus a chocolate milk. Then, my husband’s burger looked like the photo below. Ridiculous
Don’t even waste you’re time here unless you want to wait 20 minutes when there is zero cars in line. Every single time I go they pull me up to the window while 8 cars get their food and drive off. How hard is it to make a quarter pounder. Apparently for these fools it’s near impossible because it takes me waiting 40 minutes. You’d better off drinking your dogs bath water and eating rocks because you’ll starve before you get your food here.
I’m here almost every other day of the week for iced coffee I work early. I don’t know who is making them right now but my coffee this morning was basically just ice. Filled to the top with ice. I’m used to quite a bit less ice and more coffee. Future reference just gotta ask light on ice I guess ??♀️
We got there around lunch time about 12:30 1:00 and we play start order. Of course they were busy but we got our food rather quickly I appreciated that having three small children with me. We go to our table sit down and eat and then I realized they still have the playground in this particular McDonald's. Needless to say I promised my kids a trip back some other time when we weren't so busy LOL
